I met Alison! The Alison! Sorry, I'm freaking out!!
So, it was at an organisation like Comic Con, but a little more local. It ran for three days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I went on Saturday and Sunday.
I cosplayed as Tina on Saturday and got her autograph. When Alison saw me, she saw my haircut (because I chopped it all off to look like Tina from COG), and she was like "Oh, you're my sister!"
I stammered and stuttered for a bit, then I thanked her and said I was a massive fan and some other stuff (I may or may not have rehearsed what I was going to say until 12:48am the previous night).

AND THEN I FANGIRLED ALL AROUND THE AUDITORIUM
Also, funny story:
On the first day, I was hanging around, looking at some of the stalls, and there was this one guy at the checkout cosplaying as Newt. I was browsing in the same shop, and he just looked up at me, then I looked back and we kinda locked eyes across the stall. Then I looked down at myself and thought: Oh frick, I'm Tina!
And then I never saw him again.
Alison had a panel as well, so my friend (who arrived a little later- it was RavenclawSeal139), and I went to that. She is so, so sweet and warm! I actually had enough courage to stand up and ask her a question at the end ^o^
I asked her if she ever got nervous or self-conscious when she watches her own movies, to which she replied "All the time," then proceeded to talk a bit more about how she knows some actors never watch their own movies and... yeah. stuff
Funny story:
There was a trio of people who did professional cosplays (they were handing out business cards at the end (I'm gonna invite them to my wedding lol)) and one of them cosplayed as GRINDELWALD. RIGHT DOWN TO THE SILVER EYE. He said afterwards, that he spent 4 HOURS in a salon getting his hair done like that...

Anyway, so this Grindelwald guy wanted to ask a question at the panel... he took the microphone, stood up, and went:
"Hello, Queenie," in this creepy-ass voice.
The entire auditorium shuddered, I swear. Even Alison was dumbstruck. Eventually, she was like "... Oh... hey..."
Yeah, that was hilarious. Grindelwald asked what it was like to spend 'A Day in the Life of Alison Sudol while filming an FB movie'.
Afterwards, RavenclawSeal139 got her autograph too, and I got to wait in the queue with her, so I got to see Alison twice >:3 SHE IS SO KIND, I SWEAR SHE'S AN ANGEL THAT FELL FROM HEAVEN-
Later on, I changed into my Crimes of Grindelwald T-Shirt and milled around the auditorium with my friend. We both bought a few FB posters that were on sale, and we got these hilarious matching steampunk goggles. We looked FABULOUS. (I'm wearing them to school)
DAY 2:
I dressed as 16-year-old Newt!!
I'm so proud of this costume. I had a Hufflepuff tie, jumper and robe, and I bought his wand at a stall (the same stall the Newt guy was at) for $20. I had a little figure of Pickett, too, and he sat on my shoulder ^^

A little while later, more friends of mine arrived (I just screamed to everyone I know that they had to come or I would never forgive them). They're both Hufflepuffs, soo~
