Warm and Fuzzy,
I was told,
Lead to believe, I suppose.

It was so much more.
Aware,
Yet not.
Happy,
Yet sad.

It was everything,
And nothing,
All at once.

But slowly, the truth I saw.
Not in time,
For my poor fragile heart.

It would beat a sad and slow rhythm,
For a sad and slow woman.
Who wished too much,
And was too naive.

Heartbroken, she watched.
The love, and the other.
She watched,
Day after day.

She listened,
As her love spoke so fondly of the other.
Her heart breaking,
More and more.

Then she knew, this one-sided love,
Was sure too end her.

This unrequited love,
Would be her last.

Or so she thought...

(A/N: what did you guys think? I really hope it wasn't too bad... I've been having trouble with writing for awhile now and I've just recently been able to start again... But I feel like I'm really rusty... Anyways please tell me what you think.)
