I just pulled my Psi blade out of another youkai wolf. Fortunately these are very easy to beat.

One charged Me but I sidestepped and sliced it in half with my psi blade. The second did the same, but this time I jumped up and used frost touch on its head, freezing it's head as it shattered when it hit the ground. The third one didn't care and charged me. I slid under it kicking it up and landing in its back on a rock, with its back broken then I went up and finished it.

(Y/N): Finally! At least this group is done. I've got to get more practice in shadow walk.

I continued to move and as I did I saw it. The Scarlett Devil Mansion. The source of this madness.
I better get in there and hurry.

As soon as I was within sight I saw her. The infamous gate guard Hong Meiling. Unlike other Youkai she's not proficient in magic, but close quarters is her bread and butter.

(Y/N): I have my destruction magic, but it's highly limited with the mist around. I suppose I could use shadow walk in combination with the nano suit, but that will kill my stamina, but so will a fight with her.

I heard a booming noise behind me.

(Y/N): That's at the lake. Reimu is here and she must be fighting Cirno. That fight won't last long, maybe I can just wait here for Reimu to show up. I know it's cowardly to sit here and let someone else fight, but I don't have a lot of options here. So long as-

I ran as fast as I could without using up my Stamina. Then I slid down a hill and landed down in front of the gate about a hundred yards away. And unlike most times she wasn't asleep. She was awake and alert. Probably due to the mist.

I walked slowly towards the gate as my cloak hides my appearance. I could tell she noticed me and stood ready, but she didn't call out at me. I think she's hoping it won't come to a fight. Big mistake on her part. I got closer and she finally said so working

Meiling: I'm sorry, but no one is allowed in here. Please go home.

She pleaded to me but I refused to slow down.

Meiling: Please I don't want to hurt you.

I got closer and kept going.

Meiling: Sorry about this.

As I was with in range she sent an attack meant to knock me out but I rose my scythe though in its current state it's not closing and collapsed. I blocked her attack which surprised her. And as I looked into her eyes she knew that I was not going to stop without a fight.
