UPDATE: I started the full story of this!! Check it out! It's called Secret

Virgil groaned and curled in on himself with immense hunger that he couldn't shake away-not even for a moment. He stayed there, alone, unable to get up, unable to move really. Until his father came in.

He knelt next to Virgil's bed, gently stroking his hair and trying to get his son to lift his head ever so slightly so he could drink.

"I'm here, Virgil, it's here" he held out the glass with a purple straw sticking out of the top rim of it.

He would do anything for his son, and he did- he did everything he needed, no hesitation.

Virgil lifted his head a small bit, just enough to wrap his quivering lips around the straw and suck from it. The warm liquid shooting straight down his throat as he didn't want to taste it.

Once Virgil finished the liquid and the glass was empty of its contents, Deceit left his son to rest. He would feel better in a few hours and back to his normal self.
