the first time you noticed me,
time expired.
my body came to life
as thunderbolts lit up the interior
of my mind.the first time you spoke to me,
my heart raced.
my breath abandoned me;
my voice captured and locked up
inside my throat.the first time you touched me,
i fell in lust.
my bones liquified
into velvety ichor and gaily rejoiced
with my blood.the first time you deceived me
i let it slide.
my longing was vigorous,
so i smiled wistfully and pretended
you were mine.
