Wow I never expected so many people to want me to update this... so here you go hope you like it. I LOVED your comments, which is why I'm making it an ENTIRE book! So keep it up if you want more :)

Jenny had been rushing around with Cole trying to take care of Cally while she screamed in pain. I gave up trying to help after spilling at least half a pint of blood on the floor, what a waste. Frankly if I didn't want a 'dog' joke from Rose, I might have licked it off the floor because I was so thirsty. Everyone in the house was twitching the second it fell on the floor, and half of us were forced to evacuate in fear of starting a frenzy.

"I can't believe you Sara!" Cole screamed at me the second he found me outside. Note to self, teleport further away next time.

"Chill out, it's not like anything happened!"

"I should be in there!" He yelled angrily.

I turned on my heel to face him, and got directly in his face. He had bags under his eyes, and had coal colored eyes like everyone else he was starving for drink. We hadn't been hunting in two weeks and then the wolf pack threatened an attack, with that combination no one was going anywhere.

"Then get in there and control yourself otherwise go eat a squirrel and take the edge off." Great now we all sounded like jacked up druggies going through withdraw.

"Why don't you go find your mate!" I growled in anger, feeling my finger nails grow into pointed claws. It's such a useless power.....

"Not unless you want to make a skibob with one of the Abenaki tribe members." Edward said reading my mind, trying to make a joke.

I took a jab at him, quick movements and not think about my actions, that's what it took to land a hit on him. Too bad I learned that from listening to his thoughts when Cally wanted to escape to New Brunswick for a few hours. I learned a lot from watching her cross the river and the border without realizing the significance of the action, even that “dogs” could have “puppies” with humans. Cole tackled me to the ground, probably reading my mind or just angry I swung at him. In the same second he was off me, being lifted by Lukas. I heard a growl before a russet wolf landed in between us, looking at Cole's wound before turning to me showing me his teeth.

What are you thinking!

"Clearly I wasn't." I said looking directly at Cole instead of at Seth to let him know what I was thinking.

"We're just on edge Seth, it's not entirely her fault. We all need to hunt, and it's starting to affect us is all." He said, but really his thoughts were on me; trying to get me to focus on him, by angering me so I wouldn't look at Seth.

You're playing with fire. Stop it!
