your flesh was all but enticing
alluring was the danger I sensed
my fears waived aside at your grace
an attraction all but blind too ignore
your presence beckoned my soul
what I desired found in you so deeply
a connection too intense to believe
did God treat or does the devil deceive
an angel yet a beast you seemed
pools stirred with such intensity
yet fear crawled down my skin in agony
what was too good to be true one can deny
yet like magnets it was all but too hard to ignore
the fear was undeniably pleasure filled by your lips
eyes that were all cozy to get lost
a fire that spread hard to tame
but in the end it burned
until the smoke was too much to bear
