They won but Alexa lost the two most important people in her life. Her parents. Her father had been killed during the fight. She witnessed it along with her mother, who went insane a few years after his death and killed herself.
Alexa has witnessed both her mother and fathers death.
She made a plan to run away. She had nothing left for her in her pack. Her parents were gone, she had no other family. She had nothing. So she left.
After a few years of running and hiding she managed to start a life for herself.
During the time she spent hiding she had come up with a plan to get back at the man that killed her father. The Alpha of Blood River pack, Alpha Noah.
She had everything planned until she met her mate. Not only was he from Blood River pack but he was the alpha's son.
She disliked him almost instantly. Instead of rejecting him she decides to use him to get to his father.
