Chapter 34

***8 weeks later***

Everything has been going so good lately, we haven't seen Ryder's brother or heard from him so I can't really tell if that's a good or bad thing, Ryder has been nice to me so far and my best memory with him was on my birthday and I still can't get over the fact that my best friend is dead.

I've been feeling nauseous lately and I kind of have an idea what's going on but I hope I'm not right because one: I'm still in school although I'll be graduating in June and 2: I don't want my baby to grow up in the gang world and 3: I'm not ready for a baby but if it's correct that I'm pregnant I'm still going to carry my baby and love him/her like no other.
I went out yesterday so I decided to buy a pregnancy test without anyone looking

I went to the bathroom and read the instructions and followed what it says, once I was done, I waited five minutes to see the results so I decided to go and take a shower and get dressed. I was finally done with all of that so I went back into the bathroom and took up the test from off of the counter, I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I opened my eyes and look down on the stick

Pregnant

Omg I'm pregnant, I'm pregnant with Ryder's baby. I sat on the floor and started to cry not knowing what to do

"Tamera" I heard someone called my name from outside

"In here" I responded and saw Tiana at the door

"What's wrong?" She asked seeing the state that I was in

I lift up the pregnancy test and gave to her. She looked at me and was in shock

"Omg I'm going to be an aunty " she screamed out jumping around and I gave her a what the hell look

"What? Aren't you happy?" She asked confused

"I don't know" I sniffed

"Don't you want a baby?" She asked softly sitting next to me

Yes, I do but not right now" I answered honestly

"Are you going to get an abortion?"

"No are you crazy" I shout at her "my mom didn't abort me and so didn't Ryder's mom so I'm not going to kill my sweet innocent baby" I said looking down at my flat tummy

"Okay sorry I asked just know that I'm going to be with you through all of this"

"Thank you" I said hugging her

"Wait, when are you going to tell Ryder?"

"I don't know as yet probably later"

"Well okay then enough lovey dovey now let's get downstairs my nephew must be hungry" and I giggled

"Your nephew?" I smiled

"Yes, my nephew now let's go" and I chuckled

When we got downstairs everyone was already in the kitchen eating their breakfast

"Good morning" I said and they all responded

I went over to Ryder and leaned over to kiss him but he turned his head, I gave him a confused look but didn't say anything so I went on my phone and scroll through Instagram.

Tiana came with my breakfast so I rest my phone down and started to eat,once I was done, I turned to Ryder

"What's the matter?"

Silence

"We were good yesterday so why aren't you talking to me?"

Silence

"I'm talking to you" I said getting annoyed shaking my hands in front of his face

Silence

I took the phone out of his hand and put it behind me and that's when he looked at me but there was something wrong because he was looking at me just like how he would look at his guards

"What's wrong? What did I do?"

"Give me back my phone" he said with a cold stare making everyone stop from what they were doing and looking at us

"No not until you tell me what's the matter"

"None of your fucking business god damn it you're so annoying" he shouted and pushed me which caught me off guard because now I was heading for the floor and the only thing, I could do was use my hand to shield my stomach so I landed on my side which sent a lot of pain to my hip making me hiss

"Hey, hey" Leo said coming towards me

"What's your fucking problem why did you do that she's pregnant are you going to hurt your fucking baby!!" Tiana screamed pushing him non stop

Gasps were heard all around the room and Ryder eyes widened in shock but was soon covered up with guilt

That's when all hell brokeloose
