Here's a late upload because I was busy with my other book but here's an update!
ANYWAYS HAPPY LATE BIRTHDAY FINN!!😝
* you're sick bc you know, viruses
* ur costar jack misses you
* what an off day it was for him without your back and forth banter
* he rushes to your house after school, hoping ur not dead
* you answer the door in pjs with a red nose and a blanket wrapped around your frame
* "jack?? how do u know where i live?"
* you sneeze and explain to him you stayed home cause of your cold
* "...oh, well i brought you your assignments"
* you take them and try to shut the door but he pushes his way in
* the tv is on and theres a bowl of cold soup on the coffee table and the couch is covered in tissues
* "wow y/n you made yourself right at home didn't you"
* "jack i live here"
* u just shuffle back to the couch, not bothering to clean up a spot for him to sit
* because he should be leaving
* because you're sick!!!
* he stands next to you and watches you flip through the channels
* mom jack peeks through
* "your soup is cold let me heat it up for u"
* "wheres the trash can i can throw away these tissues for you and get you a new box"
* "do you need another blanket? maybe some thick socks???"
* he won't take no for an answer cause you're his costar and what are costars for
* after a few hours of him mothering you, your actual mother comes home and kicks him out cause she doesn't need him getting sick too
* with her hand leveled at her hip "haven't seen grazer since he was this big"
* the next day you're not feeling better either so you stay home again
* jack shows up again with your assignments and some tea and the soft expensive aloe tissues
* "look y/n i know i shouldn't be here cause ur sick but you're the reason im doing good with parts so ill be here every day until you're fully recovered"
* your mom gets used to seeing his skateboard out front even after you're recovered
