During the Jurassic, a mighty predator lived: allosaurus! Meanwhile, in the cenozoic, was a huge orangutan thing, gigantopithecus! These two had amazing times and were hardly ever battled (except in the case of allosaurus, who constantly battled stegosaurus).

Stronger bite (herbivores can't bite)

The allosaurus wandered the desert. Then it saw a huge, muscular figure in the distance. It walked towards him. It had orange fur and a grim expression. Then it lifted up its fist and uppercutted allosaurus onto a rock. The allosaurus ran towards it but gigantopithecus grabbed its head and threw it into a cave. Gigantopithecus wins!
Verdict: gigantopithecus has too strong moves for allosaurus to handle.
