Long ago, a crocodile named Vector works as a Chef making chili dogs by day and a detective busting bad guys by night. Vector loves working as a detective but sometimes he wanted to have kids of his own. One day, he went to the market place to buy food supplies, until he saw a blue baby hedgehog inside a box ful of buns. Vector waited for someone to pick up the baby but no one came. Vector was about to leave, until the baby started to cry. So, Vector decided to take the baby to his house and raised him as his own son and named him Sonic. Vector taught Sonic how to cook and tells him story of his heroic times. As Sonic started to grow up, he wanted to be a hero like his father, until one day, he heard story's about the furious five, Sally, Amy, Tails, Knuckles, and Shadow, and started to want to become a master of Kung fu, but was afraid that he will disappoint his father, so he kept his dream of becoming a Kung fu master a secret. And this is where our story begins.
