The word to describe a certain light
A light that reveals, a light that unveils
"Open up your eyes and God will hold your hand."
Explain, and make me understand
What it is you speak of
What it is I am meant to see
"Perhaps I'll just let you see through me."
I'd rather see you
Through eyes dark, deep, piercing
I'd rather creep underneath your skin
To see the beauty that lies within
"Do not go gentle."
To understand the heart,
One must examine it
With claws deep, and perhaps blood flowing
"Write the vision and make it plain."
The mysteries of this broken human may be made known but never shown.
"A beauty for just your eyes to see."
A thing of pain for just my heart to bear.
"Insight, a blessing."
Insight, a curse.
