"What?! What do you mean you've met someone special?" Johnny, Jaehyun's infamous best friend and fellow Co-Owner of JFEC, screams in surprise at what Jaehyun had just whispered to him. The younger aggressively shushes him, since the two of them were at a small café that was fairly quiet.

Johnny cringes and whispers an apology to the baristas and customers for his outburst, not really knowing how to control his excitement. He waits for their orders to be made and brought to their table before he asks the younger all his questions.

"Who is this someone? Do I know them? Why did you only tell me now? How long has it been since you've met them?" Johnny bombards Jaehyun with questions as soon as their coffee arrives. The younger only had the chance to lift up his cup, not even getting a sip of the hot goodness.

"His name is Taeyong and he's the owner of some dance studio I can't remember the name of off the top of my head. I don't think you know him, and I honestly don't know why I kept him a secret from you. I met him at a bar nearby my apartment about a month ago and I haven't seen him since." Jaehyun tried to answer all of Johnny's questions, whether they were asked or not.

"Though, what exactly happened between you two? You had to have done something together for you to still remember him after a month." Johnny asks one last question, wanting to hear the whole story.

"He asked me to pay for his drinks, which I did, and we stayed by each other the whole night. We even left the bar together, traveled around the city a bit, and ended the night back at my apartment." Jaehyun summarizes the night, missing a few details since he was tipsy while it all happened.

Johnny's eyes give him the look as a devilish smirk paints across his face. Jaehyun knows exactly what is running in his best friend's dirty mind and proceeds to slap his shoulder playfully. "No, stop whatever your dirty mind is thinking. We didn't do any funny business, we just talked for a while and then went to sleep in my bed. That's it."

Jaehyun's clarification doesn't back him up one bit, since Johnny's brain starts to connect the incorrect pieces together. Jaehyun scoffs and rolls his eyes as his best friend chuckles in victory. This is exactly one of the reasons why Jaehyun didn't want to tell Johnny about Taeyong and that night.

"I'm sorry," Johnny starts to laugh harder, "But it was the perfect opportunity to troll you, you have to agree."

Jaehyun rolls his eyes once again but nods his head anyways. He starts to laugh a bit, too, look back at how dumb he is for setting himself up for failure like that. The laughter dies down as Johnny thinks of one more question.

"Wait, you didn't exchange numbers? Social media handles? Addresses? How are you going to meet again? Don't lie to me, it's obvious that you want to." Johnny crosses his arms, kind of upset that he doesn't get to meet the infamous Taeyong that has caught his best friend's eye.

Jaehyun opens his mouth to say something, but then realizes he actually doesn't have a reason for not gaining a way to contact Taeyong. It never came into his mind that he should get the older's number, his drunk mind thought that they were such natural friends and had already traded numbers a previous time.

"No, we didn't exchange numbers, handles, or anything. I don't even know why we didn't." Jaehyun looks down at his half empty coffee cup in shame, Johnny tsking as he shakes his head.

"Then, what are you going to do now? Like I said, it's obvious you miss him." Johnny sips his coffee as if it's tea, fooling around as if all of this is a joke.

"I'm going to go find him, duh. No matter how long it takes, I have to see him again." Jaehyun swiftly stands up from his chair, emitting painfully loud screeches from the contact with the floor. Johnny chokes on his coffee, asking for clarification, but Jaehyun is already running out the door.

The younger yells for Johnny to pay as he leaves, running past the giant café window. Johnny sighs in defeat, shaking his head at the ideas he gave to his best friend.

"I hope he knows he still has another shift later." Johnny says to no one in particular, bringing up the empty cups to the counter and paying for their hot beverages.
