I Like Me Better [JaeYong]

Prologue

"To be young and in love in New York City," Jaehyun quietly sings to himself, adjusting the blazer on his shoulders, "To not know who I am but still know that I'm good long as you're here with me."

"To be drunk and in love in New York City," It's ironic, since Jaehyun isn't in New York City at the current moment, but actually on his way to a bar near his apartment that he goes to on a regular basis, "Midnight into morning coffee, burning through the hours talking."

"Damn, I like me better when I'm with you." Jaehyun mumbles rather than sings as he enters through the bar doors, taking in the familiar smell of alcohol he was also faced with last night.

Who knew he'd be singing that song to a special someone in the near future, someone who he knew from the first time that would cause him to stay for a long time.

A story where two strangers' paths collide together and get completely flipped upside down. Jaehyun spends months trying to find Taeyong, just to tell him that Jaehyun likes himself better when he's around the older.
