"Come on, Jonah!" I shouted as he sat there reading his 'Harry Potter' novel.

"I'm reading, Y/n." He stubbornly said. A scowl plastered on my face when he said that. I walk up to him- arms crossed together and sat down with an aggravated look.

"You're always so boring," I said. He didn't even retorted instead he drowned his eyes through the picture less words. I huffed loudly, "Reading these books- Who reads books without pictures?" I ranted.

"Everybody, Y/n." He nonchalantly and adjusted his glasses- it sparked as the sun shone on it. I look away to see the other kids played in the playground with their friends.

Not to mention, Veronica and his Bubble-gum friends. I rolled my eyes and look at Jonah's book again with a hopeless stare. "Why don't you play with them? You seem bored."

My eyes widend in shock and look away from him. He stared at me for a moment with curiosity.

"I just don't like them.." I muttered. I tilt my head more to avoid his eyes because this guy reads me like an open book.

"Or they don't like you." He proved a point. Shit. I bit my bottom lip.
"Ofcourse they do, I'm a millionaire's daughter. Why wouldn't they?" I denied.

But being a millionaire's daughter isn't happy at all. He nodded because he didn't bought my lie. "Y/n, We've hang out alot- I know you. You don't need to lie." He bluntly said.

"Shut up, Jonah." I chuckled nervously and inhaled intensely. He looked at me for too long- making me nervous for all of a sudden, he's trying to get in my secrets.

"Ah! Fine, you win! I'll admit, they don't like me. Victoria's a bitch and her broke minions are mean." I look at Victoria's little group as they flirt with Thompson, the hot guy. So much for first graders.

"Whoa, language." He blinked and adjusted his glasses.

"So what, Jonah? I've learned that since we're forever," I rolled my eyes. He sighed and closed his book and place it beside him- away from him because he knew I never liked books. [Just go with the story]

"So what if they don't like you? You're not born to please this pesky dimwits. Matter of factly, you're much better than that airhead Veronica." He said and looked at them. I look at Jonah with amazement.

"You're absolutely right, they don't have a friend like you Jonah. Only I have you, so yeah. I think I'm better than them." I bravely said. I felt better now of what he said- he's such a great person with a great personality.

"But it must be nice to have a group, like Veronica has." I frowned- eyes stared at Thompson. "Thompson's into Veronica- he never looked at me, only when Veronica teased me." I muttered and look away to see a person walking his dog.

"Tsk, as if that Thompson is that handsome, I'm more- I mean, the fence look better." He stuttered and complained.

"Hey, I have a plan," I cheekily smiled at him with an arched eyebrow. His head bobbed back and his face looked as if I would do something awful.

"You're not gonna do what I'm thinking, right?" He chuckled nervously.

I laughed hysterically and stood up. "Come on Jonah, Help me with this. We're the greatest team God has ever created!" I extended my arms for him to take. He hesitated, "I don't know, Y/n. It seems wrong to do it."

"Some people deserve this and that is Veronica Dayne." I seriously looked at him. He looked at my palms and contemplate. "Yeah alright." He shrugged his shoulders and took my hand.

This is gonna be so good!

"Give me the bucket," I whispered to Jonah and lend me the bucket. I filled it with warm water.

"Are you sure this would work?" Jonah asked- his glasses made his eyes look bigger.

"Yes, Veronica and her friends would come back in the room at exactly 10:30- ofcourse, Veronica would be the lead. So when she open the door, timingly this bucket would land on her body. Perfect." I said and turn off the sink.

"Now come on and help me get this to the door since you're the tall one."

"Okay."

"Is it put on?" I asked, "make sure that we'll be able to go outside."

"Y-yeah, done." He placed the bucket and walk off the chaire where he stood. He dust off the invisible remnants of dusts and look at his work. "That'll do it. Now come on before they'll catch us," He said and grabbed my wrist.

As we got into the hallways, we hid in one of the corners. It's 10:28 and all we have to do is wait.

"Hope this will work, it was hard puting it on the door frame." He muttered and sat down- his back against the wall.

"Yeah, me too." I look at the empty halls.

Two minutes later they came back.

"Hey, they're here!" I whispered to him- he sneaked next to me to look at Veronica and her little group. Rest of the kids are behind here, I laughed silently as anticipation excited me.

Here it comes.

As Veronica pulled the handle of the door, the bucket backflipped and threw all the water away on her. We retreated to hide and cover our mouthes to laugh.

Seconds later, Veronica's ear-rape shriek filled all the halls. Gasps from every student and most of them laughed. Me and Jonah High-five at each other and waited till it's clear.

"It worked! It worked jonah!" I half whispered and grab his colar to shake his figure.

"What happend here? Oh my god, Veronica!" Ms. Janet's voice suddenly appear. Veronica was still sobbing and lost of words.

"Everybody, get back inside. Come here dear." Ms. Janet demanded.

Me and jonah stood quickly- Jonah opened his book and pretended to read and I put my arms around Jonah's shoulder as if we came from the cafeteria.

As we came cross with them we fakely gasped. "Oh what happend Ms. Janet?" I asked. Ms. Janet frowned and look at veronica's sobbing face.

"Someone pulled a trick on her." Ms. Janet said.

"Oh, poor Veronica- hope you'll be okay," Jonah intervene. Ms. Janet nodded and walk on her way to the infirmary. I smiled inside.

Wow, isn't that epic?
