I grabbed Ky's arm and pulled him away from Simon

"Stop"
I said, my voice low and stern

Simon stepped back and smiled, but it didnt last long.

I walked up to him and slapped him, in the moments of shock I leaned towards him,
"Leave, I dont want to see your face"

Without another word he quickly ran to his car, I have to say, if I was him, i probably would've been just as frightened.

I grabbed Ky's arm, harshly leading him inside, we sat down at the bar and I looked him directly in the eyes, I wanted to be angry, and at first I was, but I couldnt stay mad for long.

"I'm sorry"
His voice was low and a bit ashamed

I smiled, it wasnt really the time for smiles but I think it made him feel better, and that was enough.

I dabbed away the slight trickle of blood on his face, admiring his angelier cheek bones

"Have I ever told you that you look like a statue?"
I asked,

"What do you mean by that?"

"If you were to go to a museum and stand on a marble pedestal, no one would question it"

"Oh"
He said, while giving a slight smile

I dabbed away the last of the blood and put a small band aid on the side of his face.

After I was finished he mumbled a small thanks and shuffled towards the couch, obviously tired

After finishing the book that I'd been reading, I looked towards Ky, his blond hair fell in small tendrils around his face,

His eyes fluttered open after I tucked a bit of hair behind his ear

"Hey"
He said groggily, looking up at me

"You can sleep in my room if you want?"
He offered

"No, I'll sleep out here, with you"
I said, smiling, then I remembered something

"Hey Ky?"

"Hm"
He mumbled, already half asleep

"What did you want to tell me? At the park I mean?"
it had been in the back of my mind all day

"I'll tell you tomorrow"
He said, rolling over and going back to sleep

"Okay"
