When we got back, Felix was recording a new video. A horror game by the sound of it. He was screaming.
"Aaaaah! Don't eat my toes, you creep!" He screamed.
"Shh" Marzia held me back and crept towards Felix's recording room.
"What the-" Felix said before Marzia had a chance to scare him.
"Boooooo!" Marzia yelled, her hands in 'claws'.
Felix jumped back, fell of his chair and took his oculous rift off his face. His eyes were wide, his face pale. Marzia did a pretty good job of scaring him.
"Don't do that!" He groaned, playfully "What's wrong with you?"
We laughed together and Felix continued his recording.
"Shall we go shopping?" Marzia asked me, once we had stopped our laugjing fit.
"Sure"
We were about ot leave when Felix stopped us.
"Wait" he said "I'm going out later, so who's going to look after Bonni, Edgar and Maya?"
"Um" We thought long and hard but Felix finally had an idea.
"What about Zoe and Alfie?" He suggested.
We rang their mobiles and they agreed to look after the three pugs, bringing Nala (Zoe and Alfie's new pug, much like Bonni) with them. The four pugs would get along great! We left for the shops and got the bus to the market.
"It's more pretty in Italy" Marzia persuaded me.
I nodded. I would love to go to Italy. It had always been my dream.
"Can we go there soon?" I asked her.
Marzia laughed and nodded.
"If you really want to" She smiled at me and held my hand.
"Shall we go into WHSmiths?" Marzia questioned me.
I didn't know what that was until we got there. It was filled with books, pens and pencils, notepads, puzzles, colouring books, colouring pencils, toys, bath products, bath bombs, bath fizzes, presents, baby supplies, glass figurines and so much more. Marzia bought me some colouring pens and pencils along with a notepad to draw in. The notepad had a pug on and contained pug stickers as well as letters that you could stick on with Pritt Stick. It was A4 size and had over 300 pages in so it would last me ages. My colouring pens and pencils were an expensive brand, Crayola, and had a variety of different colours and shades. I loved them as I had never had any in my life. I loved to draw but I drew on the wall with a piece of coal I had found in the dining room fireplace back at the orphanage. I drew all sorts of rubbish things and wrote some awful things. They never knew as I hid them with an old poster I found in the old drawers when I moved in to the orphanage room.
"So, Are you happy with them?" Marzia said, handing me the plastic bag containing my pens, pencils and notebook.
I nodded and hugged her.
"Thank you so much!" I whispered loudly in her ear.
We were on our way to Just Essentials when Marzia got a phone call.
"Hello Alfie!....Yes....Oh no....Is she ok?....What?.....Ok....I understand....We will be there soon!" Marzia hung up and grabbed my arm.
She started to speed walk and wobble in her heels.
"Marzia, what's wrong?"
"Bonni" Marzia replied "She ate a sock whole and had to go to the vets, we need to go now!"
Marzia was panting, tears streaming from her eyes. You can tell how much Marzia loves her pugs. I felt a drop of something splat onto my hand. I was crying, but it was my pug that may die so I had a right to cry all I wanted. I hope she is okay...
