Anna slowly went from room to room. She could not believe how much dust, and grime there was. She pulled all the curtains aside, opening every window she could in each room. Walking through the living room, to the library. Walking out of the library, she found herself in the first room again. Walking under the stairs, she found the bathroom and laundry room in the same hallway.

Walking back down the halway, she came into the kitchen. Looking around, she was happy to see the kitchen had been updated, sometime before her aunt moved out. There was stainless steel everywhere she looked. Opening up the doors and windows, she took a deep breath in. The best part of being on the cliff, was the smell of the ocean underneath. Moving around she did the same thing to the dinning and family room.

She looked up at the staircase. She couldn't believe what she saw. Staring down at her, was a little girl in white. The girl may have been four or five. She held out her hand to Anna. Anna watched as the girl let her hand open. Dropping a marble on the stairs. Anna followed the marle down each stair. Watching it coming to a stop before her feet. Picking it up she looked back up towards the girl. Only to see she was gone.

Anna ran up the stairs to the second level. Looking in each bedroom as she called out trying to find the child. After looking in every room and closet, Anna couldn't find the girl. She went towards the staircase. With her foot on the first step, she was ready to climb to the next level. She heard a long creak from down stairs. Anna froze, waiting. Suddenly she heard it again, she jumped at the booming hello that came from downstairs.

Taking her foot off the step she walked towards the banister. leaning over she found a man in her walk in the room. "Hello?" He called again. "Morning!" She called back, with a smile. She couldn't stop at the giggle she let out as he jumped at the sound of her voice. Though she wasn't ready for the way his smile caused her heart to stop. "You must be Anna?" He called out to her. She gave him a big smile, leaning on the bannister again. "Maybe..." She waved her hand in a circle. "Who are you?"

He waved up to her. "I'm Chris," she watched as he pointed to the floor. "Your downstairs tented." Anna straightened up, making her way to him. She explained that she had heard about him, from her aunt's will. "So I heard you pay fifteen hundred for rent and unitilist?" She asked him, shaking his hand. He gave her a solid yes mam. She nodded looking around. "I also read that you're good with your hands?"

He gave her a flirty smile. "Well that all depends on who you hear it from." She playfully rolled her eyes at him. "My Aunt Catherine." Anna held in a laugh as she watched Chris' face fall for a moment. "Well in that case yes. But only for the house."

Anna nodded, looking around the room again. "Well I could use some help around the house." Chris looked around, taking the condition into account. "What'd ya thinkin?" She leaned against the wall, thinking for a moment. "In exchange for not paying rent," She paused taking a breath. "You Help me get this place liveable." Chris mimicked her leaning. Looking her over before looking at the room again.

"There's a lot of work here." "I Know." He nodded in response. "Did you have a timeline yet?" "Timeline?" She felt the worry start to set in.

"Yeah," He pushed away from the wall. "When you wanna move in, which room you want done. When you want each room done. When do you want the project completed?"

Anna felt blown away with all the questions. Although she had a plan. It wasn't nearly that detailed. "Well I kinda figured I'd take a look around. then work on the rooms I'd live in most first. Moving to the next when it's done." She explained sitting on the floor cross legged. "I was just going to try and have everything done in about six months."

There was a moment of silence as Chris thought it over. "And you can afford to go without my part of rent?" Anna nodded, hoping she was winning him over. "Ok." He stood up dusting himself off. Anna quickly popped up, holding out her hand with a big smile. "Deal?" He took her hand in his. "Deal." He stepped away, moving around her. She watched him circle her, noticing he was looking at her back. "Yep just like I thought." Anna felt a little ticket as he looked at her butt. "What?" She tried not to hiss out the word, as he started laughing.

"Your floor is extremely dusty," he began trying to hold his laughter. "It has turned your jeans a brownish gray." She froze. Standing up she turned around, and started laughing as she looked down at the floor. Looking down at where she had sat. She noticed it now had a large clean brown spot, shrugging she heard Chris start laughing with her. "Well at least that's one less spot I'll have to clean." Before leaving, he set up a time to come tomorrow to discuss plans. Anna watched him walk out of the door, down the steps. Onlying thinking of one thing as he walked away. That he had a great ass.
