                          The striga that was Sebastian's mother stood in front of us with a low wail, Duchess shields Sofia and I with a ferocious growl 
                          "How do we cure her?" Sofia asks, pulling her sword from the scabbard
                          "I'll keep her away from her crypt until dawn" I grabbed the bottle with the liquid I took when I first faught a striga and drank it, throwing the bottle on the floor afterwards "Go back to the castle with Duchess and get help at dawn" I said, pulling out my silver sword
                          "You? I'm not gonna leave you here and let you fight the striga on your own Geralt!" she stubbornly says, Duchess huffs in agreement
                          "It's not safe here Sofia!" I glared at her 
                          "I won't leave you!" she retorts as the striga looks at it's surroundings, not spotting us yet
                          "I won't let you die!" I roared as the striga let out a loud wail as it had spotted us, charging towards Sofia, Duchess and I, I quickly pushed the striga far away from us using my magic "Go!" I growled out as the striga began to stand back up, Sofia glared at me and went out the crypt, Duchess whined a little but I gave her reassuring look before turning to face the striga "Hm" I cracked my head a bit before the monster ran to me

                          I hissed as the striga attacked me from behind and wailed as she was already on top of me
                          She is stronger than King Foltest's daughter
                          "Fuck" I hissed, trying to reach for my sword but the striga quickly bit my neck, I let out a painful scream.
                          I was bracing myself for more but the striga was already wrapped with strong silver chains, I turned to see the love of my life binding Sebastian's mother in silver chains 
                          "Get away from him you monstrous bitch!Your son took Jaime away from me but I won't let you do the same to the man I love!" Sofia spat as she pulled the striga away from me "Kill her now Geralt!" she ordered, gripping onto the chain tight and Duchess helping her with securing it, the striga was struggling to break free as she wailed again
                          "I thought you wanted to cure her" I hissed, grabbing my sword while preventing my neck to bleed
                          "Not after what she fucking did to you" she hissed, glaring at the striga who was trying to get free but for some reason Sofia's grip on the chains were stronger, Duchess was helping her hold the chains
                          I huffed as I cut the striga's head off, blood coating my sword. I instantly collapsed on the floor due to fatigue and the loss of blood
                          "Geralt!" Sofia rushed towards me, letting go of the chains and the striga's body and sat by my side
                          "I-I thought I told you to get help?" I tried to sit up but she put a hand on my chest
                          "I did, they're on the way" she caressed my cheek with a soft smile "I won't let you die too Geralt... I won't lose you to anyone" she tears up as Duchess nuzzles her head on my lap
                          "You won't" I smiled, pulling her for a kiss and petted Duchess despite my wounds were aching
                          She makes me forget about the pain, maybe life with her and Duchess is something I should look forward to
