*Jacob's POV*

"D-Do you have to go?" I hang onto Damien's arm as he's about to head out the front door. Ryder's already gone ahead to gather the pack warriors. They're leaving to go attack my old pack, meaning they're also leaving me here alone.

Well, not alone. Helene is gonna be here to hang out with me, but as great as she is she's neither of my mates.

Damien smiles and kisses my forehead. "I'm afraid so, Love. Don't worry, we'll be back before you know it." He uses our closeness to his advantage, squeezing my VERY sore bottom a little. "Believe me, I'd MUCH rather stay with you."

And with a wink, he was out the door.

Sighing to myself, I begin my worry-ing What will I do with them gone? I've only been without them a few hours at a time, how am I supposed to get through a full night and day without them?

I look at the clock on the wall. I had insisted that the boys teach me how to read a fancy clock so that I'd know just how much longer I'd have to wait until I could see them again. According to the black hands on the wall, it's 9:23 pm. The boys decided to leave at night so that Alpha Henry and the gang won't be ready for them.

I suppose I could go to bed... After all, the best way to pass the time is to do it while you're unconscious.

I trudge up the stairs, dreading the night before me. I've only been sleeping with the guys for a few nights, but I already couldn't imagine a night without them. I suppose I could sleep in my old room, but then I'd have no piece of them with me at all.

It's decided. I'll spend the night sadly clinging to Damien's pillow while wearing Ryder's shirt. That's not what weird people do... I think.

I open the door, expecting an empty room, and find Helene on our bed. She's wearing sweatpants and a tanktop, gorging herself on popcorn and a bunch of other treats. On the television is some show that I've never seen in my life, but it appears to be good as Helene doesn't initially notice that I've entered the room.

When she notices me, a big smile grows across her face. "Hey, Jakey! Welcome to the Lonely Hearts Club, population you and me!"

Stepping into the room, I make sure my confusion is ever-present on my face.

She rolls her eyes. "We're having a sleepover, dummy. My job is to hang with you, and I think this is the first time I'm actually excited about work." She smiles and throws a handful of popcorn on me. "Go put on Ryder and Damien's sweats, we're watching Sherlock tonight."

I blush. How did she know I was gonna wear the guys' stuff.

Another eye roll, but this time it's accompanied by Helene pointing her leg into the air, showing it off. "These sweats are from "Jackson's Closet"'s new fall collection!"

I shake my head. I will never understand that girl.

In a rush to get back to Helene, I throw on Damien's smallest black shirt and Ryder's gym shorts. Both of these articles of clothing are much too big on me, but I miss my boys so shut it.

I curl up next to Helene and grab a handful of popcorn. If I'm being forced to hangout I might as well gorge myself at the same time.

We spend a few hours like that. Talking, eating, and mostly me asking questions about this "Sherlock" show.

Don't get me wrong, I will always love my boys and I will NEVER want to think about existing without them. However...

The guy who plays Sherlock is kind of hot. Like, OBJECTIVELY, he's not bad on the eyes. And that Moriarty guy... I don't know why but something in the way he talks makes my stomach tingle. I asked Helene about it and she just laughed, saying, "Turns out that our little Jakey isn't so pure after all!"

I pout in response. "I am n-not pure! I'm perfectly normal, i-it's just that my m-mind isn't consistently i-in the gutter."

Helene jokingly pats my head. "No, of course. You're not pure. I should have known that when I smelled the guys' scent on you."

My cheeks erupt in flames. Helene laughs at my misery. "Come on, they're your mates! It's perfectly normal and, frankly, expected for you guys to get 'down and dirty' after the Alpha Ceremony." She picks up the remote and pauses the show, leaving a picture of Sherlock and Moriarty on some roof frozen on the screen.

"All it really means is you gotta fill me in on the details."

Dear Goddess, help me. "W-what do you w-want to know?"

She thinks for a minute, mischief in her eyes. "Weeeeeeeeeeeeeell..." I swear she's just trying to torture me at this point. "Was it fun?"

I almost answer when she says, "Oh, what am I saying? Of course, it was fun, those guys are studs!"

An involuntary growl erupts from my throat, making Helene's eyes rotate once more. "Calm down, Wolfy. I've already got a mate."

She puts a handful of popcorn in her mouth. When she shouts "OH!", I see the half-chewed food on her tongue. Icky.

"Did you take both of them?"

Blush from me, followed by a nod.

"Which one did you take first?"

"W-what do you m-mean?"

"You know, which one did you let fuc-" She stops abruptly, mouth agape. "Wait, you didn't seriously let them both in at the same time? On the FIRST time?

Another nod.

She laughs and turns the tv back on, settling into my shoulder. "Damn, Jakey. Turns out you AREN'T so innocent after all!"

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey!

Sorry for the kind of "filler" chapter. I wanted to write a chapter with Jacob and Helene bonding, and I honestly found the dialogue in this part cute as hell.

Did you enjoy Helene? Is there anything about her I should change? I don't want to make her obnoxious or anything, just a bit sassy.

Other than that, I haven't really got anything to talk about. Sorry to any Americans if my language was especially...fancy, for lack of a better term. I spent all day listening to British youtube (Horrible Histories to be precise) and the language kind of stuck. The only reason I say this is because I noticed a considerable difference in my writing style, and around half of my readers are from America so I didn't want that to throw them off too badly.

With that, leave a comment, and I'll see y'all tomorrow.
