Bit furthermore than the far reachs of my memories.
Of most prominent occurrences.
The distilled crisp taps from my hard lacquered soles.
Followed by a accompaning pair behind.
Juxtaposed against the slight ambience.

What felt like a long hallway.
Brimly adorned with several potraits and landscapes.
Paintings of dignified men and gothic depictions of war.
Historical dynastys and heritage on grand display.
A marvel to witness by itself.

The much late dawning sky outside.
From the light corresponding to the wall.
Much freshness to the unfamiliar scene.
And slight stiffness I do feel.
Welling in my chest, imo pectore.
A trace of coffee incense.
The passing guards.
The ticking of the grandfather clock.

While striding across the corridor.
A somewhat light dress that felt fluttering through the air.
Sense of the gentle warmth of my clothes.
It was certainly ironed prior.

Mixed feeling; terrified and excitement.
Inferiority and wonder.
What will come after this?
Accompanied by an undescribable guilt.
Down right Gullible.
and a slight brash pride of prior victor.
Swayed by rash thought.
Disturbing thought dispelled.

All that to conclude in rational apathy.
Humility and the more floor like self esteem
And down it all goes to the drain.
Till it only cycle once more.
The only plumber that forget to tighten his pipes.
Anti social?

And then it all halts, and thus truly began.
The end of my dazed daydream.
For as in front of me was the royal dining gates.
The handle; obviously substantiated by heavy gold and silver
Polished well; my slight trembling face reflecting off it

My hands rested on those two bars
I catch my breath for a moment....
A pause....
Perhaps one a bit too long...

"Shiiori-sama?"

Sudden interjection
Brief conviction
False grip
Actual grip
False turn
False turn, my body refuses
Dissonance among my hands and mind
As I gather both will and strength
Pushing both gates open
A little less regard on what to come later
I mean it's not like a giant will pop right?

"As I told you that this nate..."

As I thoughts came both in cynical giggles and astonishment
I should have learned how not to raise flags long ago
Though admittedly I haven't known the kingdom long enough
Mostly from conversation striked up in the tavern home

A man towering past me three times over
Near 3 meters and a half
Well built body, defined muscles that could be hinted
Under the formal attire he don

A image of an old grandpa with a sudden joyous expression
Almost no sign of whither within him, a vigorous persona

Ironically polar to the young listful me?
Well, I do have a couple decades on me or so
I guess people hold within them all sorts of surprises
A tight spring indeed.

As he comes to me in a quick haste and quickness
Much lightness to his foot work, an near obvious indication of military wit
He kneed down to my face,
Places his large, overwhelming hand on my shoulder
And made a good look at my face

I imagine distinguishing my eyes, nose, mouth, and the holistic part of my face
I've seen things, these old eyes of mine
Sorry to disappoint, I suggest these dead beat eyes are not exactly a pleaser,
Aren't they?
I'll try my best to be a cheerful spirit
A slight smile will do

"Hello there young' un"
"How was your trip here?"
"Must be a long journey"
"Is this the benefactor of my my niece see?"

*Tries to place a smile
"Yes.."
"Thank you for your concern and high praise"
"I'm very hono-"
