My unexpected wife

Chapter 22

Melanie POV

I had woken up feeling sore. I looked up and Adrian was awake just staring at me. Then it hit me about last night. He was so gentle and loving. I also told him how I felt and he also felt the same way!

"Good morning to my beautiful wife."

"Good morning Adrian."

"Are you still sore?"

"Yeah, but not as much."

"Melanie, I'm sorry I should've made love to you last night after what Emily did to you."

"Adrian, it's fine. I don't regret it. Last night was the best night."

"I'm glad it. It was mine too. As for them, I'll make them a special visit.

"Adrian It's fine no need to. Wait, what time is it."

"8:30am"

"Oh my god, Vivians late for school!"

"My love, it's fine. David took her to school. She came in earlier, and gave you a kiss, but you were to tired."

"I'm sorry, I should've waken up and-"

Before I could say anything else. Adrian brushed his lips against mine  and got on top of me  without putting much weight.

"If you weren't that sore, I would take you again. Come on let's shower and get you something to eat."

"S-Shower together?"

"Yes, my love."

We ended up showering and exploring our bodies. I felt awkward, because of all my scars, but Adrian didn't care he ended up kissing and sucking my whole body where I had the scars.

After we were done showering I got some cloths to cover the bit marks Adrian left on my neck. Adrian was about to head downstairs and he came towards me and kissed me before he left. I dried my hair and soon joined him.

I asked him why didn't he go to work, but he said he wanted to stay home with me. After I ate breakfast the maids took Nana her tray and I went to her room to talk to her.

"Morning Nana!"

"Morning sweetheart. I see it's a very good morning for you."

"Yes it is Nana."

I ended up telling nana what happened between Adrian and I and how sweet he was. I didn't give her details, but I definitely told her that I told my feelings and Adrian felt the same.

Nana was crying and hugged me.

"I'm glad to finally see my girl happy."

"Oh Nana don't cry."

"These are happy tears, my dear."

Later that day, Adrian took me to pick up Vivian from school.

"Melanie! Daddy!"

"Hi princess" we both said.

Vivian came running towards me and I kissed her forehead.

"Melanie, I didn't get to see you in the morning."

"I'm sorry princess. I promise it won't happen again."

"It's okay, daddy said you were tired, but I gave you a morning kiss."

"I know princess, your daddy told me."

Soon there was a lady who approached us. Adrian got in front of Vivian and I and Vivian hid behind me?

"Well hello Adrian."

"What do you want Lidia."

"I want to see my daughter."

"Melanie, honey. Please go inside the car. I'll be there in a few."

I did as I was told and Vivian and I got in the car. Vivian suddenly started crying.

"Vivian Honey, what's wrong? Are you okay?"

"No, please I don't want her near me. She's gonna hit me."

"It's okay, she's not going to come near you. I promise ."

Vivian hugged me really tight and stopped crying.

Why was she so scared of her?

Adrian came in within a few minutes, he looked really upset.

I didn't bother asking him anything, I knew it wasn't any of my business.

We got home and Vivian wouldn't leave my side. I tried getting her to eat, but she didn't want to eat.

Adrian, on the other hand, kissed me and said he had to go make some phone calls in his office.

I had taken Vivian with me to Nanas room to give her the pain medicine and Nana asked "Vivian my child what's wrong?"

"I don't want that lady near me." She said as she cried.

"What lady are you talking about honey." My nana asked her.

"She doesn't like me. My momma told me how much she hates me."

"Oh honey, don't worry. We won't let her do anything to you. I have a daughter who also doesn't like me, she even kicked me out of her house. Luckily, You have Melanie and I and we will always love and protect you."

" yeah your right Nana Mary."

Vivian went up to Nana and kissed her and then came back to me and sat on my lap and hugged me.

"It's okay my princess." I told her.

Rose POV

It's been a day and I've been calling Adrian to apologize for what had happened to his stupid wife.

I honestly didn't like her! There was something about the that didn't fit.

And, honestly we had planned something else, but it ended up falling into place even with the plan we had ordered didn't take place.

I just wanted to humiliate her by having Emily push her into the pool, but she went at the plan with a different style.

I felt bad since my daughter Susan and son Adrian were both mad at me. I didn't plan for it to go that far.

Even my husband was upset with me.

I kept calling my son, but no answer. It would ring then go straight to voicemail. He was really mad at me.

I ended up getting a call from Sue. She wanted me to join her for tea.

As I joined her she insisted about Adrian to apologize to her and Emily.

If Adrian didn't answer my calls, what makes her think he will apologize to them I thought.

I went back home and sat outside and recalled everything I did was wrong. What kind I woman did I turn into!

My husband was also mad at me!

Trying to make my son date Emily and then what happed to Melanie.

God I needed help. I needed my family together. It's just so strange about Adrian's marriage.
