Narrator: Dooku held for ransom. After escaping capture by Jedi Knights Anakin Skywalker, (Y/N) (L/N), Hayleena Thumé, and Obi-Wan Kenobi, the villainous Count Dooku fell into the clutches of pirates, led by the brigand Hondo Ohnaka. Eager to get custody of Dooku, the Republic agreed to pay Hondo a hefty sum in exchange for the Sith Lord. But Anakin, Obi-Wan, (Y/N), and Hayleena had not counted on the treacherous cunning of Ohnaka and his band.
In the pirates' lair, (Y/N) woke up groaning. He was lying on the floor, handcuffed, and tied to the wall. He groggily looked around and saw that he was in a cell! He saw Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Hayleena on the ground too, though they were either unconscious or asleep.
Suddenly, Anakin groaned.
Anakin: <groggily> Mm... Master... (Y/N)... Hayleena. <sighing>
This got Obi-Wan and Hayleena to wake up. The Jedi all sat up.
Anakin: What happened?
Obi-Wan: Ah, well, I guess that pirate brew is stronger than we thought.
Hayleena: What the hell? I only took the tiniest sip. I didn't trust these unhealthy and unclean people.
(Y/N): Yeah, I barely drank anything.
Anakin: Same here.
Obi-Wan: We were drugged, obviously.
Anakin: Why would they risk losing the ransom?
Obi-Wan: The deal appears to have changed. They must be trying to quintuple their payday.
(Y/N): What? So now we're being held for ransom?
Hayleena: Oh, god, no! I don't want to be the one rescued! I wanna be the one who saves people!
(Y/N): So they think that they can hold us for ransom to increase their payment fivefold.
Then, suddenly, they heard the voice of Count Dooku.
Dooku: <voice> A shrewd observation, General (L/N).
Dooku was sitting in a corner, staring at the Jedi.
Anakin: Oh, great. It's you.
Dooku: I did warn you the pirates were devious. You will notice our shackles are bound together.
(Y/N) looked and saw that he was tied to everyone else, not the wall. All of them had strings around the waists, and the strings were tied with everyone else in the room.
Dooku: I have tried to separate us... to no avail.
Hayleena: It's bad enough we have to be in the same cell, but could you at least spare me and my beautiful ears the sound of your constant chatter?
