Luigi paced outside a closed door. He couldn't believe he was doing this. Five days before, he managed to find, capture, and imprison Rosalina, and six days ago, he lost all ability to stop himself. He looked at his hands, mumbling, "What am I doing...?"
-"Come on, now, you know exactly what you're doing..."-
Luigi flinched, but calmed himself quickly, realizing that it was the voice, rather than someone who managed to get in his house. "That... wasn't what I was asking... I know what's going on... just... I still feel like I don't know what's going on, how to do this... You know doing... this... is new to me." He paused and added, "Well, deliberately, anyway..."
-"Of course it is, and, actually, I know something that just might get you in the spirit of things..."-
The voice put heavy emphasis on the word 'spirit', and because of it, he got chills. Luigi paused, allowing the idea become told, and he shivered, but he couldn't attach a reason why. Nevertheless, Luigi agreed, turning away and walked towards the bathroom.
With quick, careful movements, he sharpened his teeth to points. He couldn't believe that not only was this the idea he was given, but he's doing it. It was too late to stop himself, however, so he continued, his eye gazing with a strange amalgamation of emotions at the knifelike points he had formed. Time passed, and finally, he had finished. He spent six hours at this task, but he still wasn't complete. He removed his gloves and gave the same treatment to his nails, which had grown long during his time in isolation.
He looked up, at his reflection. He didn't look at all like himself, the thin figure, the sharp teeth and nails, the long hair, his entire appearance. It made him feel less human.
-"There, isn't it perfect?"-
Luigi moved his jaw some but kept his mouth shut, and then, he felt a sharp pain on his tongue, and the warmth of blood. He leaned over the sink and spat into it once, twice, three times. He saw a chunk of his tongue in the sink, appearing as if it were trying to escape down the drain. Staring at the bloody scene was enough to change how he felt in entirety. He felt new, but still oddly inhuman. He shuddered, like a surge of power filled his mind, but from what? Luigi grinned in spite of everything, his head moved quickly to the side like the hand of a clock striking 12:00. He looked back up to his reflection, his tongue, bleeding and missing a piece, sticking out from his wide smile, and he stared into the violent eye in the mirror. His own. He could hear the voice chuckle,
-"How adorable!"-[A note from the author: sorry for my inactivity, I just remembered I have this app! Hope you forgive me lol]
