Kirishima was surprised when Katsuki sprung a missionary trip onto him the next morning without any warning.

“I’m going on an out of town mission with Todoroki and Deku”

“Well, do you want me to come with?” Kirishima rubbed his eyes.

“No, I need you here to protect this area while I’m gone,” Katsuki smiled, leaning over the bed and pecking Kirishima’s cheek. He quickly returned to packing his bag.

“How long will you be gone?”

“A week or two, nothing too crazy,” Katsuki shrugged.

“But the wedding is in just over a month and we only have a location planned-”

“Kiri,” Katsuki raised an eyebrow at him. “Since when were you worried about the wedding? We’re having a small gathering in-”

“I know but Kat, I want our wedding to go well-”

“So do I, but it’s nothing to stress over. I’ll get everything figured out when I get back, okay? I promise you.”

Kirishima sighed, but nodded with a small smile.

After that, Katsuki left, and Kirishima took the opportunity to call Denki to tell him. The plan was going to have to wait to be put into action, given the fact Bakugo was going to be gone for almost two weeks.

“Ei? Why are you calling me so early?

“Bakugo left to go on a trip, it’s a big mission and he won’t be back for a week or so-”

“So the plan can’t move forward yet?”

“Yeah, I don’t think we can. It’s hard to make someone doubt the hero system when he’ll be staying with other pro heroes.”

Denki cursed under his breath, before sighing, “Alright, but since you can’t start I need you to do something for me.”

“What is it?”

“Get Toga out of prison. If you don’t then I’ll talk Shiggy into launching an attack on your fiance’s agency.”

“I’ll get her out by this afternoon.”

“Thanks Ei!”

And with that the line went dead.

-

Katsuki was sat in the back seat of Shoto’s car, listening to the couple in the front seat discuss the other heroes that could be working with Denki, when he remembered something. No, a conversation from when he was kidnapped and had to act as though he joined the League.

-

‘“Then after you finish cooking, and you eat, you’re resting. We’ll launch the attack today at about 3. Students will be getting ready to go home, teachers will be exhausted from watching over the school and teaching. It’ll be perfect! You’re a genius Bakugo!” Ochako chirped.

Katsuki shrugged, cracking eggs and watching as the yoke dropped into the bowl, “Do we have anymore people inside the school?”

“Duh! We’re not dumb enough to allow ourselves to lose one of our biggest advantages. Though they may not be in our class, they are close enough and they work with our class,” Kirishima chuckled.

“There’s traitors from class 1-B?!”’

-

Katsuki gasped and grabbed his hair, “1B, kids from fucking 1B-”

“Huh?” Izuku turned and looked at him, raising an eyebrow.

“I remembered something that Kirishima had said, he said there were other traitors within the school,” Katsuki punched the seat. “How the fuck did I manage to forget that-”

“You did forget a lot of what happened during your time as a ‘villain’.”

“I know but I managed to recover most of those memories over time-”

"Most. That doesn't mean all, Bakugo." Todoroki piped in. "Besides, you don't have enough time to beat yourself up over this. We're about to get in a vehicle with Jiro."

A suspect.

"Why do we have to get in the same car as her again?"

"She's riding with us to the airport. She's going to a stealth mission in America."

"And we're letting her why?"

"If she knows were onto her than she'll warn Denki and any other traitors-"

"So don't act like a little bitch, Kacchan." Deku finished. Katsuki kicked his seat, before sitting back with a huff.

"Whatever."

-

"Kirishima!" Denki approached the redhead with a grin. "Good to see you again."

Denki bowed, earning a laugh from Kirishima. Honestly he had been stressed, worried FatGum might find out about him breaking Toga out of prison.

As if on cue, Toga rushed from his side and clung to Denki. "That was so scary! I thought that someone was going to kill me!"

"No, I wouldn't let that happen to you. Besides, we've lost enough people to selfish people that think they're above everyone and everything."

Big sis Mag…

Kirishima put his hands in his hair, taking a deep breath.

"So we all know Katsuki isn't home, and he won't be."

"Your point is?"

"I don't have to be as sneaky. I can talk to you guys and not worry about my fiance arresting me."

Toga giggled, humming a bit.

"Well…Do you think we could have a sleepover, Kiri?"

"Maybe. The press might be up my ass though, so we have to be careful if you do."

Toga nodded, and Denki just grinned.

"Then let's have a sleepover. Disney+ and chill!"

The three of them shared a laugh, finding comfort in eachothers presence.
