Chapter 17

+Chūya's P.O.V.+

It was Sunday early morning and I was about to land in Japan. Since I had booked the earliest flight, I was able to be in Yokohama by Sunday. Originally Mori had booked me a flight at night but I asked if I could get an early flight. He agreed and I was able to be in Yokohama by morning.

Before landing, my body was filled with excitement. It was almost time for me to see y/n again. She was probably excited to see me too. It had been a week since I last saw her in person. My heart beat was fast, and my hands had a tingling feeling.

While I was away, I was worried that something could've happened to her. She was capable of defending herself but I wouldn't be by her side. I left uneasy and was worried while I was gone. Although I was uneasy, every time she would call me, it would reassure me. I just wanted to have her in my arms again.

Then the plane landed. My row got dismissed first, so I left the plane earlier than the rest. I then rushed inside to get my stuff. It took about 30 minutes for me to leave the airport. After those 30 minutes went by, my ride was already outside.

Earlier while waiting, I had called one of my friends to pick me up. I would've called y/n but she didn't have a car. Since she was a little rich girl, she had a chauffeur. She didn't need to have a driving license or a car. Now that she doesn't want to rely on her father anymore, she needs to know how to drive and have a car.

As I waited, my phone rang. I checked the ID caller and it was Mori. I answered and he basically told me I would return working on Tuesday. I thanked him and hung up. Then my friend arrived and took me home. My plan was to get home unpack, and shower. Afterward, I would meet up with y/n. It was still early so I assumed that she'd still be asleep.

When I got home, I noticed that my house was tidied up. My bed was made, dishes were cleaned and my floors were cleaned. Y/N had probably cleaned before leaving because when I left, it wasn't this clean. I settled down and started to unpack. When I had finished my work for the day, I went around to buy some stuff to take back home. I bought y/n some souvenirs which she might like. It was very beautiful in the UK, I would want to go there again with her.

The time was then 6:45 a.m., I got myself ready for the day and texted y/n. I said good morning to her and told her that I'd be there soon. In a span of 5 minutes, she replied to me. She texted me back saying good morning and said 'okay see you later <3'. A smile formed and I turned off my phone.

Everything I needed for the day was already on me. All I had to do was to go over to y/n's place. So I headed over to my door and I put on my shoes. I closed my door and went down the stairs. Then I got outside and took my car. I left my house and drove happily. I didn't know what to expect when I got there but I was shocked when I arrived.

+Y/N's P.O.V. 5 minutes before Chūya had arrived +

I was anxious about how Chūya was going to react to the small child. I hadn't told Katsumi about Chūya. He didn't need to know that Chūya was coming over because what would he do about it. After all he is a child.

Katsumi was on my couch waiting for me, and I was in the kitchen finishing up cooking. I only knew how to cook some stuff since my mother showed me how. It wasn't something big I cooked but it was enough to be full for the morning.

The food was then done. Since Katsumi had been waiting, he was already at the table. When I gave him his plate of food, he thanked me for the food and dug in. Seeing him eat made me happy, it felt nice to have a child eat the food you made for them. I also served my plate and was about to sit until I heard a knock at my door. My heart began to flutter and the feeling of butterflies in my stomach came. I quickly rushed to my door, nervous of what would happen next. Finally, the moment had arrived. Seeing Chūya again for the first time in person.

I unlocked my door and opened it. Chūya stood there and came inside. He closed the door behind him and rushed towards me. He hugged me and looked at me. I looked back at him. He leaned in and our foreheads touched. My face felt hot, my heart skipped a beat. I closed my eyes and felt his warm lips touch mine. At that moment, my lips reacted to his instinctively. The world stopped for a second, it was only us two. I ruffled his hair with both my hands and he deepened the kiss. Then he pulled away and looked at me. I looked at his features and saw that he was slightly blushing.

"I missed you." He told me in a loving tone.

"I missed you more. But have you eaten yet?" I asked him. He nodded his head as in no. I told him to sit down and to wait for me to serve him his food.

As I walked towards the kitchen I noticed Katsumi waiting. My face started to heat up in embarrassment. I was in the moment and forgot that Katsumi was here. I just hoped he didn't see anything.

"Uhh Katsumi, do you want more food?" My voice was soft and I tried to hide my face.

"Yes please. Wait are you sick y/n??" He asked me and went up to me. I looked down at him and patted his head. I told him that I was okay and he should sit down.

"Y/N, you adopted a child?!?" Chūya said in a shocked tone. My body froze for a second and I rushed to the kitchen.

At the table us three sat. We ate in silence, awkwardly. I kept glancing over at Chūya. It was difficult to figure out what he thought about Katsumi. Meanwhile, Katsumi ate happily. After eating, I took the dishes to wash them. Chūya was on the couch watching TV, while Katsumi stood by my side as I washed dishes.

"Y/N? Who is that person?" Katsumi asked me in a soft low tone.

"Ehm...he's my boyfriend. Don't worry he doesn't live here, he just came to visit me for a bit." I then heard footsteps from behind me.

I turned around to see Chūya standing there. He was looking at Katsumi and Katsumi hand clutched onto my shirt.

"Y/n? Is he going to hurt me?" His voice was so soft that I could barely hear him. I held his hand and walked over to Chūya.

By looking at Katsumi's face, I could tell he was terrified, but that didn't stop me. I knew that Chūya wouldn't hurt him. All I was going to do was to introduce them to each other. Since I'd plan to have Katsumi stay with me for a while, they have to know each other.

"Chūya this is Katsumi and Katsumi this is Chūya." They both looked at each other and shook hands in the most awkward way ever.

"Let's go out today! Just us three, doesn't that sound fun Katsumi?" I asked him with a cheerful tone. He smiled and nodded.

"Where do you want to go?" Chūya asked Katsumi.

"I don't know. Ask y/n." I also didn't know what to say. I had been to many places, but it was difficult to choose a place.

"How about we just go around the city and explore?" I suggested and they agreed with me.

Throughout the day we just went to tourist attractions. It was heartwarming to see how Katsumi and Chūya bonded. They were so adorable together. At first they wouldn't talk to each other but then they opened up to each other. The most adorable part was when Katsumi would try to call Chūya, he would call him Chuchuu. Funny how Chūya would respond and didn't get mad. In the evening, Chūya went home while me and Katsumi went home.
