Chapter 11: Orientation

"Children, We will be conducting tests to place you in various classes." Elder Jun stated.

Most of the children felt confused and nervous by this statement, they thought because the elders picked them in their own village that they would be going to a orientation right now.

After some time a group of older students came bringing forth a giant crystal, the elders explained that they would need to place their palms on it and they would judge what class they would be in, the higher the spiritual pressure the higher the class they're placed in.

"Do not be nervous, no one is trash at this academy, we all have a place in this world." Elder Jun tried to calm down the children.

Of course Jaeger and Haeden weren't worried at all, though they weren't sure exactly what class they would be in, it wouldn't be a bad one. Soon after a while, foot steps could be heard coming from the hall behind the podium.

"Children the headmaster is approaching." All the children stood after hearing Elder Juns words. She was in a green robe with a sun spade emblem on it,  she was very beautiful with her olive green hair, she was called Headmaster Jan, if you wanted to be kicked out fast it would only take a nod from her.

She was also accompanied by two other females, they were twins called the Oracles leah and Feah. Some called them messengers of the Gods.  They seems to always had there eyes closed and were beauty's as well.

Scarlet and Jade stared at them with an unusual expression but didn't seem that much interested.

"Welcome disciples, it is my honor to be raising such disciples as you, we recruit children every year so this is your fortune. Do not pay attention to us, we are just bystanders, elders please continue the test." The Headmaster said with charming smile that made some of the children melt as if they had seen their mother.

"I do not trust this woman Jaeger." Haeden said, he didn't have much trust in people at all, in his past he learnt to be by himself, he felt comfortable with it, his only regret was not cultivating, but it wasn't his fault; now times have change and he is ready.

"You're very paranoid brother Haeden, but I will be more cautious if you say so." Jaeger responded prematurely. Jaeger was very inexperienced with bad people compared to Haeden, he had always been around people that were positive, the only one that betrayed him was the Cart-man, that really gave him a blow.

"Brother Jaeger!" Soon a voice could be heard from the back of the line, a short brown hair boy with blue eyes could be seen.

"Chan?" Jaeger was surprised by his appearance.

"Please remain in place!" A elder said maintaining order.

Jaeger gave him a gesture indicating that he would see him later.

The classes were ranked S,A,B and C, though Elder Jun said that there were no trash classes, some might have other opinions about that, C being the lowest are a class of students with barely any spiritual energy and S with the prodigies with outstanding spiritual energy, usually they were the ones that dealt with the daily activities of the academy and participate in Academy functions.

The classes never interacted with one another, they usually stayed within their groups, very few of them becomes friends with students outside of their classes besides people that came from the same home.
