It was a peaceful night in your village, placed not too far away from Hyrule's Castle Town. You were staring out your window and gazing up at the stars when you heard a faint knock on the door. You decided to ignore it, probably someone from the town coming to sell you something for Rupees you just don't have. You heard the knocking again, though it was a lot louder.
"(Naaaaaaaaaame)..." A familiar voice said, it sounded tired and weak.
"Link?" You instantly said, and rushed to the door. When you opened the door you couldn't help but gasp. Link was covered in wounds. Cuts across his arms, some on his legs, one across his face, but you noticed the most was the large wound on the side of his torso. He weakly smiled when you saw him, but he was swaying back and forth slightly.
"Link, what happened?" You asked him with a concerned voice as you helped him inside.
"A few Bokoblins. I'll be fine." He reassured you.
"Doesn't look like a few to me." You said, taking his sword and shield and placing it against the wall. "I'll help clean those wounds, but you're gonna need to stay here for the night."
Link rolled his eyes, but with a smile. He knew you were extremely caring, and a little over reactive - well, this one time you weren't.
You helped him get undressed so he was just in his boxers, and then found some alcohol and bandages and started cleaning the wounds and covering them. He occasionally winced in pain but you didn't notice because you had just found out his body was very well toned.
Once you had cleaned all the wounds, and covered the necessary ones, you told him to lie in your bed and sleep there for the night.
"I'll sleep on the floor. It's fine." You said. You didn't exactly have a lot of things at home, you were quite poor. The only reason you had a home was because Link had saved you a few months ago from some Bokoblins and gave you enough Rupees to buy a small house.
"Why?" He asked, tilting his head and raising an eyebrow.
"You've already done enough for me, I should return the favor." You said with a weak smile.
You tried to stand up to find something you could use as a blanket, but you felt two arms quickly wrap around your waist and tug you down. Your face flushed red when Link started to nuzzle your neck and rub your stomach in a relaxing way.
"Or we could just share this bed." He mumbled. You couldn't help but giggle.
"Getting affectionate?" You asked.
"Yeah, and please don't ruin this moment." He said, lightly kissing along your neck which made you whine in anticipation.
This was going to be a good night for you and Link.
