It has been four years sence Jeff had left to a mission, the mission was only supost to last a couple months. LJ went to go look for him only to find him dead. LJ balled and went back to the mansion and told everyone but their daughter Y/N.
Every few years LJ would have Y/N record something for Jeff, even if hes dead Y/N still believes that he will return.
Today LJ was having Y/N record something for Jeff, he told her that Jeff was in an amazing place called heaven.
"Its been a year daddy, i really really miss you. mommy says you're safe now. in a beautiful place called heaven"
"we had your favorite dinner tonight, and i eat it all up! even though i dont like carrots. i learned how to swim this summer! i can open my eyes when im underwater"
"can you see me? i miss you daddy"
a couple years later LJ had her record again.
"its been five years daddy, im in fifth grade now. i really like computers..but math is hard. mommy lets me sleep in one of your T-shirts! i think it still smells like you. i dont need to sleep with the light on anymore"
Y/N sniffled as tears perked in her eyes.
"im trying not to cry daddy, but its hard. i really miss you daddy"
at this point she broke down into tears.
"can you see me?"
After another years Y/N made another recording except she did it by herself and not because LJ wanted her to.
"its been 10 years daddy, I've started high school. i made the honer roll. i hope your proud of me'
she sniffed and slowly started crying. these messages havent gotten easy to make without sobbing.
"i also on the soccer team. can you see me on the field? i started thinking about colleges. do you think i can be a doctor?"
"i know you'll be there with me when i walk down the aisle.....i try not to be sad. but it hurts. i hope you know you're my hero. i love you so much. can you see me?"
After another five years. Y/N moved out and took the recordings with her and she started a new recording in her new house. she was holding a picture of her, jeff, and LJ. her being a little infant.
"its been 15 years daddy. im finishing college. i got into med school. i really want to help people...you've always inspired me...i met a nice guy. whos really special to me. i think you would really like him. we talk about our life together. mom says hes alot like you. i think of you everyday. im still sad. but you make me strong"
"Can you see me?....i miss you daddy"
