A Day For Mothers

A mother
Is a lovely lady
Like flowers
Ever bright and pretty
Standing
In dignity
Before
God Almighty
For she has
Faithfully cared for
Her family
With all heart and soul
Without hesitation
Done it dutifully
With determination
Loving bountifully
We stand here today
In thanksgiving
For all the mothers
So deserving
We pray that all mothers
Be blessed abundantly
For all that they have done
With love, so faithfully
