TFS (Clementine x Male Reader)

Chapter 12

Me and Clementine went out to the courtyard and we both headed towards the watch tower.

Clementine: "You're going on watch with me?"

Y/N: "Aye. Not like I have anything better to do."

She smiles at me as she climbs the tower. I then climb the tower and once I reach the top, I'm greeted by AJ looking through a pair of binoculars.

AJ: "The raiders... That guy, he's gonna be with them."

Y/N: "The guy who had one arm?"

Clementine: "Able. Your bad dreams. They're about him, aren't they?"

AJ brings the binoculars down.

AJ: "Yeah."

He puts them back up.

AJ: "Can I swear yet?"

Clementine: "Okay, but not the F-word. Shit is the upper limit."

AJ: "That guy is a f... a-a shitbird."

I chuckled.

Y/N: "You wanted to say that guy's a fucking shitbird?"

Clementine looks at me like she was about to push me off.

Y/N: "Sorry."

She shakes her head, but let's a giggle out.

Y/N: "Ah! Made you laugh!"

AJ: "I'd take a big shit on his head."

I burst out laughing.

Y/N: "I c-can't!" I said in between laughs.

Clementine: "Alright, that's enough. Try thinking about something else. Count the monsters you see."

AJ: " Same number as before. Three... Four...."

He trails off.

Y/N: "Does Able frighten you, buddy?"

He stays silent.

Clementine: "AJ, its okay if Able frightens you. We know how to control that."

AJ: "There's ten monsters out there. And he doesn't frighten me, but we he comes here, I call dibs."

Clementine: "You know what, kiddo? He's all yours."

AJ: "Good. He deserves it."

There's silence, only thing we could hear was the groans of the walkers. I then notcied something moving in the far distance.

Y/N: "Hey, kid. Let me see that."

He hands me the binoculars.

Clementine: "You see something?"

I then see a horse pulling a cart with people crouched near it.

Y/N: "Shit. Those are definitely people. Here, look."

I hand Clementine the binoculars.

Clementine: "Yeah, that's not a walker."

Y/N: "We gotta tell the others!"

Me, Clementine and AJ climbed down the tower and began walking towards the admin building. Violet joins us.

Violet: "They finally showed up?"

Clementine: "Yeah."

Violet: "Shit."

Violet runs off to join the other kids.

Y/N: "Hey, stay safe, okay?"

I then hugged her and she returns it.

Clementine: "You too, please."
