(A/N Do me a favor guys and imagine this dress as more casual. Thanks!)

My eyes fluttered open, the warm feeling in my chest reminding me of the dream I'd just had. The Doctor and Rose sat watching the telly intently, Rose glancing at the Doctor every once in a while.

I was laying on the couch, my hair chestnut colored hair spread out around me. I was still wearing my destroyed sweatpants and tank top, my leather jacket thrown on the back of the couch. My beanie no where to be seen.

The news reporter was drowning in the background but it was impossible to hear with the crowd of people blabbering on. I lifted my head to look around some more, my aqua eyes meeting Rose's brown ones. I gave her a small smile, collapsing back to the couch.

Slowly, she inched her way towards me, her blonde hair crowding her face.

"Hey." She smiled, sitting on the floor next to me, her hands running through my hair in a sisterly fashion. "I'm sorry for being a jerk." She continued, burrowing her face in the crook of my neck.

"You weren't being a jerk. I just wasn't paying attention to your feelings. I feel like an idiot if it makes you feel any better." She let out a loud beautiful laugh, her body shaking.

"Yeah well, the Doctor obviously has eyes for you."

"Rose Tyler! How dare you lie like that!" I exclaimed, hardly holding in the laughter. My mind drifted to the dream I'd had. The dream of being engaged to what seemed like a younger Doctor, a different man.

"Where'd you go?" She quickly changed the topic, looking up through her ridiculously plastered eyelashes at me. I involuntarily gulped, an action I did when I was nervous. And I wasn't proud of it.

"Traveling." I mumbled, closing my eyes to avoid her prying ones.

"You close your eyes when you lie." She stated simply, punching my shoulder. I flipped around, hiding my face in the couch, ignoring the yellow girl next to me.

"Tessa!" A different voice exclaimed, and I slowly turned back, the Doctor bounding up to me. "How are you? You just collapsed." He turned serious, no longer acting like his future incarnations.

"I was tired."

"Obviously."

I sighed, looking out the window, the sky growing dark, stars appearing in the sky. I smiled at the memory of my dream, the galaxy's name flashing in my mind. The beautiful place, Black Eye Galaxy.

The Doctor glanced towards the telly, his eyes lighting up at the information he must've gathered. He gazed back at Rose and I, and I quirked an eyebrow at him, his eyes shifting back and forth nervously.

Slowly, he edged his way towards the door. I noticed more people crowded around the house, and the Doctor seemed uncomfortable around them, his black leather jacket sticking out in the crowd.

He slipped out the door, Rose following my eyes to his disappearance. "I'll go after him. I have some clothes in my closet if you want to change."

"Thanks, Rose. I don't know what I'd do without you." I chuckled, rolling off the couch and into her pink room. The closet was filled with dusty clothes form not being worn for a year, t-shirts crowding the left side, pants and dresses on the right.

All the pants were either yoga pants or baggy jeans, the t-shirts high necked and bland. I glanced over at the dresses, grinning at Rose's style. The dress I was eyeing the most was a light purple strapless dress, a large bow on the back, the front lined. A small fluffy flower adorned the waist.
