Rohan's POV

Mom called us, I mean me and Roan in their bedroom after lunch. I bet that this is something to do with their trip in London.

The much-awaited conversation.

"Okay, guys. Your dad already told you about this but I want the two of you to hear it directly from me."

This is what we have been waiting for.

"Twenty four years ago, I got pregnant. I didn't know it at first, then at three months, I started to show signs of pregnancy. Missed periods also are shoutouts for me to go the doctor pero hindi ako pumunta. I joined the cast of Les Mis. Overfatigue and stress drove me to deliver a baby at the fifth month of pregnancy."

And this happened pero wala man lang ni isa na nakaalam?

"My mom was not with me at that time. Thankfully, I was with Gerard. Tanging siya lang ang nakakaalam ng tungkol dito. And I made him promise me na hindi niya sasabihin kahit kanino. And he kept that promise. Iyon nga lang, sadyang lahat yata ng sekreto ay maibubunyag."

"What happened to the baby?" Roan asked.

"Upon giving birth, she was alive but not doing well. That's common for premature babies. But the morning after, I was told that she died during the course of the night."

"If you already knew all these then, why did they asked you to fly to London?" I asked. Ang sabi ni Daddy may possibility na buhay ang anak ni Mommy. Well, ate namin.

"My worst fear was confirmed. Your Ate is alive. We conducted DNA testing and the result is positive. Her name is Cassandra Clarke."

That's very concise.

"Okay, that's really a great news, Mom."

I tried to put all the pieces together for me to see the whole picture. So, first, we have a sister that Mom was made to believe was dead due to some terrible mistake in the hospital. Second, our sister is alive and has a name, not just a shadowy figure in our head. I made a mental note to have a research on Cassandra Clarke.

"There are so many Cassandra Clarke who resides in UK in Facebook." Roan said already focused in her cellphone.

Inunahan pa ako.

"It's alright, anak. Babalik kami ng Daddy niyo sa London. Inaayos lang namin ang mga kailangang ayusin bago kami tumuloy."

"What about The Voice?"

"I will be back on before the first taping of blind auditions." Mom said.

"Mom, if it's okay with you... There is something we would like to know." kinakabahang sabi ko. I was never been good with this but being the son of Lea and Aga, I must do it.

"What is it?"

"I'm doing the math, mom. And the year you got married is 2000. You and dad got together in 1998. But you gave birth in 1996. That piqued our curiousity. Who...who is the father, mom?"

Shocks! I did it.

Mom's face remained neutral.

"The father is of course, Aga. I never did that with anyone. It was your dad and has always been with him. He is the first and will be the last man in my life."
