Chapter 4

Lisa POV

i'm really nervous right now.i already prepare myself for school but i keep pacing around my room.today is the first day for me to being jennie's fake lover and i swear i'm not yet ready for it.my hands are sweaty and i keep questioning myself if i need to skip school today or not

"But she pay me.." i sigh.i'm working with her and i agreed..so i still need to do this

I never thought my life would turn like this just in a blink of eyes , i mean i've just got to talk with jennie for like 1 day and after that she suddenly ask me to be her fake lover.i was hesitant at first but i think maybe it's the best way for me to earn more money since jennie pay me more , so that i can help my parents to pay their debt

"Let's go lisa , you can do th-"

Ding!

I take out my phone from my pocket when i recieve a message notification.i open it and it was from jennie

Jennie🥟 : hey blonde girl , are you still at home?

Me : yeah , why?

Jennie🥟 : i'll pick you up in 2 more minutes,i'm on my way

"What?she's going to pick me up?" My eyes widen.i didn't got to reply when i heard a horn from the car from outside.i immediately run to my door and open it

And there she is.. jennie kim, beautiful as always.she get out from her car and my jaw dropped when i saw how beautiful she is.she's wearing a blue jeans with a white shirt showing a little bit of her white shoulder

Not wanting to drool in front of jennie , i shake my head and close my door.i slowly walk to her and stand in front of her while she's looking at me with no expression

"Um..why are you here?"

"To pick you up"

"I know..but for what?"

"To convince people that we're together" she said simply and walk to the other side entering her car.i open the door and slide myself inside the car

"I'm sorry for burden you jennie" i said in a low voice.she didn't say anything and just focus on driving

Once we arrived , i make my job by being a sweet girlfriend i was by opening the car door for jennie.she understand that our act would start from now and give me a small smile.i close the door and grab her hand intertwine it with mine as we walk inside the school.everyone's attention immediately are all on us and they start whispering to each other

'Is that jennie?jennie kim?holding hands with lisa?wow i never see her holding hands with anyone even with jisoo'

'I know right , what are they?why is that girl are with jennie?'

'Are they together?no way jennie would never take someone like her as her girlfriend'

'It's unexpected , i thought jennie would take someone who has a high standard like her'
