Chapter 28

Lisa POV

"Dear , please take care of yourself well , don't forget to eat , don't stress yourself too much and take a rest also , please call me when you arrived and please take care of jennie too"

this is the eighth time she has said the same thing over and over

"Mom , i'll be fine , and your daughter in law will be fine too , don't worry okay?" I said , taking a slight glance at jennie with a grin on my face.she laugh and rolled her eyes at me but the pink tint that crept up on her cheek are too obvious for her to hide it away from me

"Honey , let them go already , you've been holding her back since earlier" my dad said with a chuckle , he's still sitting on the bed.he couldn't move much and need someone by his side if he need to go anywhere

Today I'll be going back to korea with jennie , we've been discussed about this together with my parents and they agreed at our suggestion.

With the help of nickhun here , i'll feel more assure to know that he'll be by my father's side everytime.suprisingly he and my dad got along really well , he's really talkative and a nice guy.i was not that convinced of him at first , but after a few days of got to know him , i can now believe that he would do his job well

And big thanks to jennie , her intelligent , brilliant and bombastic idea are kind of useful.I was afraid that mr kim might against the idea since i was taking one of his employees to work for me taking care of my dad , but gladly he was totally fine with it.i told them that the payment will be all on me which jennie disagreed , but after a little arguments between us she finally give in

"Please come back soon dear , i'll miss you so much.as i said , please take care of yourself well , dont forget to eat , don't stre-"

"okay okay i got it mom , you've been saying the same thing over and over" i giggles.we hug again for the last time and i was trying my best to holding back my tears.i went beside my dad and give him a hug

"Please take care dad , i hope you will be fine really soon.please tell me if anything happened , i'll immediately fly all the way here"

"I'll be fine , beside i have nickhun to look after me when your mom are not around" he reassured.my heart was heavy to leave him , but i know everything will be fine.i smile with a nodded , and turned my head to the guy who's standing behind me

"Please take care of my dad , i put all my trust in you" i pat his shoulder

"Sure lisa , and take care of jennie too"

"I will" i said

I hug my parents again for the last time and leave the hospital with my mom standing at the side , waving her hand to us.i rolled down the window and peeked my head outside as i told her that i love her.she laugh and come closer to me , placing a kiss on my forehead causing me to give her a big smile before the car drove away leaving the place.i smile sadly , looking back at the hospital that slowly disappeared from my sight.i lean my back against the seat and look dowon on my lap , my mind was busy thinking about something else , but suddenly i feel a soft hand holding my face

"Lili don't cry" jennie pursed her lips , her thumb wiping away the tears that i don't even realize it was there , she pulled my head and bring it to her neck

"My parents will be fine , right?" I mumble and buried deeper on her neck , pulling her closer to me by her waist.she caress my hair and hummed

"They will be fine , nickhun will immediately call me if anything happen , don't worry okay?" She reassured.i feel a soft kiss on my head that made my lips curved into a wide smile , i lift my head up and met her beautiful eyes
