Bokuto's POV

I watch the little cutie walk out the changing room and make her way to me

"You ready?"I asked her, she nodded, "why are you wearing a jacket?"

"Um...Im just a bit cold," was all she said, I wanted to know more, but I didn't want to push it with her, so I grabbed a volleyball and brought her to the other side of the gym so we wouldn't bother the rest of the team, then she gave me that cute gaze again, it was hard not to just grab her and kiss her right on the spot.

"Ok so your going to put your arms together like this"

Akaashi's POV

"Wow look at her!" Komi said, but once me looked back at me, I glared at him making him flinch "what? Are you guys dating or something?" I shook my head and answered his question,

"No, but she isn't here for you" wait why should I care? I've seen tons of guys do this, so why am I getting so protective all of a sudden, I shake my head and focus on setting the ball

Bokuto's POV

"Ok ready Y/n?" I asked her, she nodded in ready position, and I tossed the ball to her, she put her arms together like I told her and she threw them up in the air making her bend her elbows, she also straightened her legs a bit making the ball go over her head and behind her. I laughed at her attempt and mumbled, "god you are such a cutie," but she somehow heard and blushed a little, "wait no I dont mean you I mean Akaashi!! Akaashi is looking like a real cutie today!!!" She chuckled as I looked back at Akaashi with another are-you-serious face again, but this time there was also a bit of anger this time,

"hey Bokuto?" Said a sweet voice, I turn my head and look down to see Y/n "can I see one of your famous spikes?" I smile and nodded and run to Akaashi to he could set to me

Akaashi threw me a ball and spiked I it hard, so Y/n would be impressed. I looked at Y/n to see her reaction, and she looked happy and she then started to clap lightly, it made me smile, "wow, Bokuto that was cool, and Akaashi you did really good, you were cool too," I smiled down at her and Akaashi nodded.

"Ok good job everyone, let's clean up and head home!" Kaori yelled, we cleaned up and got dressed. I started to walk towards the gym door where Akaashi was waiting,

"Ready?" I asked Akaashi, he looked up at me and said,

"I'm waiting for Y/n, we have a school project to work on" he then turned his gaze back to his phone, "I wont be able to walk with you sorry"

I pouted and came up with probably the best idea ever, "then can I help you guys?" He looked up at me again and said,

"That's probably not a good idea, the project is on (subject) and you don't do well in school in general, so how would you help?" Again I pouted. Then I heard that sweet voice again,

"Sorry I took so long, I'm ready now Akaashi" Y/n came running with her bag, he looked down at her and looked back at me, then she looked at me too "Bokuto would you like to join us?" I smirked at Akaashi, and nodded with excitement, Akaashi froze and pinched the bridge of his nose,

"Fine," was all he said. We all started to head to her house.

"Hey Y/n!? What are your parents like? Are they as nice as you?" She lowered her gaze to the ground, and Akaashi hit the back of my head, making me rub the back of my head, "what was that for?"

"My parents aren't home" she said, I looked at her as tears started to form in her eyes, Akaashi pulled my ear taking me away from her. We arrived at her small house and we all went inside, then me and Akaashi sat by the small coffee table in her living room, "can I get you guys anything?"

"Water" Akaashi said,

"Orange juice, but if you dont have that then just some water too" Bokuto added, she nodded and left.

"Bokuto, dont bring up y/n parents again," I looked at him confused, " just dont Bokuto," I nodded in response.

Y/n then came back with our drinks and and left again to go grab something, and when she came back she came back a small kitten in her arms,

"ok I'm ready" she said, as she started to pet her small feline. I started to star at the kitty

you are not going to take Y/n away, plus she likes me more then she likes you, so back off, I thought, my star began to turn into a glare, but that's when Y/n held him/her out to me, "wanna hold (cat's name)?" I took him/her from y/n's hands and held the small feline in my arms. Then (cat's name) yawned, then he/she rubbed its head into my chest and started to sleep peacefully

Fine you win I thought and carefully placed the feline in my lap, as I watched the feline I started to feel drowsy myself. I placed my arms on the table then placed my head on top of them and slowly drifted to sleep

Time skip

Akaashi's POV

It started to get late and Y/n fell asleep on the table, I do wonder if that is comfortable for her. Anyways I get up and wake up Bokuto, making him jerk and and yawn once more,

"Good morning Akaashi" he said, still drowsy

"Not so load Bokuto, Y/n is asleep" I said pointing to you, he yawned once and then looked down in his lap to see (cat's name) and peacefully placed the cat next to Y/n head, then he got up and said,

"You go ahead and wait outside I'm going head to the bathroom," I nodded and went to wait outside

Bokuto's POV

I did my business, but as I picked my stuff back up from the floor I saw Y/n and you didn't look that comfortable.

So I picked y/n up and quickly went up stairs to her bedroom and placed her there, then I did the same for the cat but I placed (cat's name) next to her. I ran a down stairs and tidied up as quick as I could

I grabbed my bag and went outside to see Akaashi waiting for me. We headed home but all I could think about was how warm she was in my arms it made me so happy,

"What did you do, Bokuto?" Akaashi then asked, I jumped, I knew I couldn't tell Akaashi, he would get mad or something, Akaashi is like her father. So I said,

"N-nothing"

"If its nothing then what took you so long?"

"I told you I was going to the bathroom," but Akaashi just sighed and gave up, "by the way, where are y/n parents"

"That's something you should probably hear from her"
