(Y/N) was taken back from what Ichirou had said "you mean I can learn how to kill the demons?"
(Y/N) asked "exactly and you will learn under me" Ichirou said. The white haired male then walked over to Aoi and (Y/N) and extended his hand out "so how about it?" He said, (Y/N) thought for a second "alright I want to learn!" The teen shouted accepting Ichirou's hand shaking it "now that's what I like to hear!" Ichirou said then grabbed his haori and kitsune mask putting them both on. Ichirou walked past Aoi and put a arm over (Y/N)'s shoulder "alright first thing is speed and reflexes" he said "and how are we gonna do that?" (Y/N) asked "well I had a couple of apprentices before you and they all gave up so the course that I used should still be around ok" the white haired male said. The two walked out of the butterfly estate "don't die (Y/N)!" Shinobu shouted "die?!?" (Y/N) asked "she's only teasing you relax alright it's not that bad" Ichirou said walking into the woods with (Y/N) following close behind.

It had been an hour and the pair was at the top of a mountain covered in snow "alight from here you gotta run all the way back to the butterfly estate" Ichirou said "wait what!" (Y/N) shouted "Relax as long as you don't get hit by one of the traps or impale yourself you should be fine" Ichirou said
"wait impaled?" (Y/N) questioned but Ichirou was gone. (Y/N) sighed and turned around then started running down the mountain "It's not so bad" (Y/N) said, just as the teen said this a giant iceberg started chasing him down "WHAT THE FUCK!" (Y/N) shouted running as fast as he could. Just then a log with giant spike of ice come from the left "FUCK!"
(Y/N) thought then instinctively he slid under the log which didn't stop the iceberg. (Y/N) saw a split "man which way!" He thought then decided to go in the middle, the iceberg ended up slamming into the trees causing some to snap or bend but ultimately ended up shattering the iceberg "phew I can finally have a-!" (Y/N) was cut off by the sound of something activating. Just then a barrage of arrows come flying at the poor teen who fortunately jumped at the right time the ran down to the bottom. Trees started falling and the teen was running for his life while his trainer watched from a tree activating the next trap which was a trap door in the snow so it was hidden "NO!" The white haired male heard "I like this kid he's not a quitter" Ichirou said then followed from the trees. (Y/N) was running out of energy and started to slow down until...... "NO MOM AND DAD WOULDN'T WANT ME TO SLOW DOWN NOW!" The teen thought and started to gain speed again. (Y/N) then was nearing the end of the course then saw giant and sharp spikes at the bottom "that's what he was talking about!" (Y/N) thought trying to slow himself down which only caused him to flip only barely touching the spikes then rolled to the bottom. (Y/N) reached the bottom of the mountain then saw a pair of feet "well done" a voice said. (Y/N) looked up to see Ichirou looking down at him "I know now why you said don't impale yourself...."
(Y/N) said getting a laugh out of Ichirou "demons can impale you too I'm just getting you prepared with the skills you need like reflexes and speed" Ichirou said pulling (Y/N) up "come on you need to eat" Ichirou said then started walking back to the butterfly estate. (Y/N) slowly got up then followed after the male "wait up!" He said tiredly "if you're gonna kill demons you gotta keep up with them" Ichirou said "huh?!?" (Y/N) said then Ichirou started running "you better keep up!" Ichirou shouted "you gotta be kidding me!" The younger male shouted then started running after the older male.

(Y/N) had reached the butterfly estate and was now really tired "well well look who made it" Ichirou teased "made me run for my life then you made chase you back here then-!" He was cut off by a different persons voice "ah so this is your Tsukguko Ichirou" "Very flamboyant" another said "he's so cute!" A feminine voice said "has he only just started training" another male voice said. (Y/N) looked up to see 8 people with swords and haori's "(Y/N) these eight are 8 of 10 hashira's the highest ranking and strongest in the demon slayer corps" Ichirou said taking off his mask "wait who's the other two?" The younger male asked "Well your Sensei and Shinobu-Chan are!" The pink haired female said "wait what?!?" (Y/N) said looking at Ichirou "guilty" Ichirou said raising his hand up with a smile. Just then Shinobu walked up to the group "Is Tomioka-San still being antisocial?" Shinobu she cheerfully "yep" A male white white hair and scars over his body said "oh (Y/N) these are, Iguro" Ichirou points to the male with bandages over his mouth "Uzui" the tall male with white hair waved "Himejima" The male with a no pupils bowed "Sanemi" The male with scars just nodded "rengoku" the male with golden hair and red tips extended his hand out for a handshake which (Y/N) accepted "Muichiro" The youngest male was zoned out looking at the sky. Ichirou then pointed to the female with pink hair "That's Mitsuri" Mitsuri just smiled and waved "and there's Tomioka just being himself I guess" Ichirou said pointing at the one male with black hair separated from the group who said nothing "come on Tomioka at least speak" Rengoku said trying to encourage the male to speak. Just then Ichirou was pulled by Mitsuri "Come on Ichirou! we brought delicious food here and some more food is being cooked!" Ichirou's eyes lit up "I'm going!" He said running with Mitsuri to the dining room "you can go eat to (Y/N)" Shinobu said "you sure? I don't want to be rude" (Y/N) said the pillars just nodded well besides Muichiro who was still zoned out and Tomioka who did nothing "We will go after you" Rengoku said with a smile.  (Y/N) then went inside and saw Ichirou and Mitsuri already with their plates of food feeding each other and laughing (Y/N) looked to the other Hashira who were laughing besides the two edge lords and Iguro but Shinobu for some reason was giving off a dark aura "you okay Shinobu?" (Y/N) asked "yeah I'm perfectly fine don't worry about me!" She said with a smile which made (Y/N) shiver.  He then looked at Iguro again and saw him glaring at Ichirou and (Y/N) didn't bother asking because he was giving off that same aura as Shinobu just a bit more of a dark aura then something caught (Y/N)'s attention "Pad Thai!" He shouted running over to get a plate and put food on his plate. (Y/N) then went looking around for more food while some of the Hashira has their food and we're sitting by the table "(Y/N)-kun come sit over here" Shinobu said who was sitting next to Ichirou. Ichirou was stuffing his face with food then looked up at the young male "Shinobu's cooking is the best! It's been to long since I last had her food! You need to try some!" He said enjoying his plate of food "well at least you still enjoy my food" Shinobu said brightly. (Y/N) then started to eat the Pad Thai on his plate then started eating fast "slow down you don't know when Shinobu will cook again" Ichirou said "that's your fault for being gone for so long idiot" she said quickly "ouch that hurt Shinobu.." Ichirou said putting a hand by where his heart would be "I see Shinobu-Chan really likes to tease people huh?" (Y/N) asked "especially Tomioka-San" Mitsuri said covering her mouth trying not to laugh. Tomioka was at the table ignoring the comments and started eating his food "Alright (Y/N) come on!" Ichirou said "aw already had enough of my food?" Shinobu asked "no we just need to train we can always come back for more" Ichirou said getting up. (Y/N) finishes his food then the two walked outside "alright stand up straight" Ichirou demanded, (Y/N) did as told "now breath" Ichirou said. (Y/N) then took a deep breath then was punched in the gut "you have to have controlled short breaths" Ichirou said.

It had been a couple hours and (Y/N) had finally completed this task "alright now back to the mountain!" Ichirou announced getting (Y/N) to start running to the mountain. The two males were sprinting to the mountain "cmon (Y/N) you need to keep up!" Ichirou shouted as (Y/N) slowly start to gain on Ichirou causing the white haired male to look behind him "that's the spirit!" He shouted the sped up drastically. The pair was at the mountain trying to increase (Y/N)'s reflexes so Ichirou decided to add a few things like tripwires, more spikes of ice, ropes that can flip you upside down you name it Ichirou added it. "Cmon Sensei isn't this a bit harsh" (Y/N) spoke "you always have to be prepared, who knows maybe you could become a hashira with this training" Ichirou spoke then started walking down to the bottom of the mountain then stopped and walked back up to (Y/N) "how about you try get to the bottom before I do" Ichirou grinned "you're on! But I need a head start" (Y/N) spoke "5 seconds and they start now!" Ichirou shouted and the younger male bolted for the bottom "1" the pair both thought "2" (Y/N) thought then slid under a log "3" the male jumped over the trip wire "4" barely missing the ice spike "5" he thought then a strong gust of wind came his way. "I expected more!" Ichirou shouted then passed the younger male. This caused the male to lose focus and a rope caught his leg flipping him upside down which caused the older male to stop and turn around "damn and I thought you had more for this race" Ichirou laughed then cut the rope which caused the younger male to fall on his face "a warning would've been great" (Y/N) mumbled. This made the old male laugh "sorry that's my bad" he chirped with a grin "ok now it's time to head back the suns almost down" Ichirou spoke "alright..." (Y/N) mumbled.

The pair had returned to the butterfly estate and as Ichirou expected the hashira had left besides Mitsuri who was talking with Shinobu. The two females then saw the two males walk up to them "Moshi Moshi" Shinobu chirped and waved "hi Ichirou-kun, (Y/N)-Kun" Mitsuri spike and waved at the two with a blush on her face "hey you two!" Ichirou spoke "hello Shinobu-Chan, Mitsuri-can" (Y/N) wheezed "Ara ara are you tired (Y/N)?" Shinobu questioned "just a little..." (Y/N) said "to bad (Y/N) you gotta swing a katana 1,000 times then I'll let you go have dinner until then starve" Ichirou announced "come on we gotta take you to the dojo" He said then started walking in the direction of the butterfly estates dojo. The pair reached the dojo and opened the doors to it "alright take this" Ichirou spun a katana around and pointed the hilt at (Y/N) who took the blade and swung down "the nichirin blades can snap so you know" Ichirou spoke "sensei why do I have to do this 1,000 times?" (Y/N) asked "it's not like a demon is gonna give up on trying kill you ain't it" Ichirou spoke "yeah but-!" (Y/N) was cut off by Ichirou "and people like the hashira won't always be there to protect you's so you also have to defend for yourself as well" (Y/N) nodded then continued to swing the blade. Just then two females could be heard snickering amongst each other "Shinobu, Mitsuri come out" Ichirou spoke then the females walked out of the shadows "Ara Ara why don't you just show your Tsukguko the results of your training Shinobu said then threw Ichirou's blade to him which he caught "alright (Y/N) watch you could become like this if you continue with the training" Ichirou spoke then looked at a training dummy and lunges at it quickly pulling out his nichirin blade. Ichirou then quickly chopped off its arms and heads then he sheathed his sword. (Y/N) looked at his sensei with amazement in his eyes then started swinging again.
