Poppy and River are stuck in a time loop, repeating the same thing over and over unknowingly.
River tries frantically to escape the TARDIS, dragging a half-awake Poppy. When River opens the TARDIS doors, she discovers she is parked right up against a rock wall. Poppy's eyes snap open "What a great day," she says sarcastically, sitting up on her elbows as River turns to look at her and the TARDIS explodes.

"Hi, honey. I'm home,"
"And what sort of time do you call this?" The woman checks her imaginary watch as he pulls her up and grabs River as well.

"Amy!" Poppy shouts in relief when they appear on a roof
"And the plastic Centurion?" River adds
"It's okay, he's on our side,"
"Really?"
"Yeah," Poppy nods, knowing it's Rory. She keeps her arm linked with The Doctors, needing him to keep her balanced after the TARDIS incident
"I dated a Nestene duplicate once. Swappable head. It did keep things fresh. Right then, I have questions, but number one is this. What in the name of sanity have you got on your head?" She asks the Doctor and Poppy looks up
"It's a fez. I wear a fez now. Fezzes are cool," River looks between Amy and Poppy and they all do subtle nods before Amy snatches the fez and throws it into the air, where River shoots it into pieces.
