We were sitting on a high mountain right above the giant nest of the tyranids as I saw them crawling around entering and leaving their nests but they also seemed agitated
The two girls were behind me shaking
"I got bad news,these guys are agitated and if what the marauder taught me is true then it means they have already sensed that one of their brethren is gone and they will go to hunt down who did it"i said
"Wait does that mean they will attack everyone at the village?!"asked abigail
I nodded
"We can't let that happen so I'll go there myself and deal with them all"i said
"But you needed the help of a command seal to defeat just one of them!how can you deal with them all?"asked lavinia
I just looked down as more and more were coming out and less were entering the nest as,their numbers varied between the thousands and hundreds of thousands of them and those were only in the surface
"I don't know but even if I died here and my souls returned to my body it would take me too long to arrive here maybe an hour or two and if they find out where we come from then that village is as good as gone"i said
Lavinia stayed silent as I turned to her,she had her eyes closed tightly as she was thinking about something
And then
"I GOT IT!!"she shouted as both I and abigail got taken aback by her sudden outburst
"We can mana transfer!"she said
"Huh?I don't know much about this stuff so you'll need to explain"i said
"I can channel my energy to you so you can fight stronger than usual,as long as I don't run out of energy you can keep fighting by using me as a battery!"she said
I stood there thinking to myself
'I don't know how to feel about having to use someone else's energy'I thought
But I then looked at the village in the distance
As much as the people there disgusted me they are still part of the people I chose to protect with my life
And then I looked at lavinia and abigail
Normally I would categorically refuse no matter what they say to use their energy but they have such a giant pool of energy that they wouldn't feel it
I nodded
"Okay but you will help too abby"i said as she nodded
I then turned around to lavinia
"So how does it work?"I asked
"Can you turn around?"she asked me as I did as I was told and turned around
"Now then I will establish the link"she said as I then felt as if a hole was opened and energy was entering from it,almost like I was a bottle being filled with water
I turned around as the two girls were holding hands together and I could see a light blue stream of energy coming out of it and entering from my back
They both looked at me and nodded as I smiled
"Enjoy the show!"I said as I then jumped out to the thousands of tyranids swarming the ground
"HEY!!YOU UGLY BASTARDS!!"I shouted as I prepared a portal in each of my hands which when the tyranids noticed me saw a light blue beam coming towards them as already a big chunk of the ones in the surface were gone
