She Unchained The Demon : Again

Thirteen

Three days since the war had started. The battle between two kingdoms in the demon world was getting worse. It was in favor of the dark queen, Alice.

"Where is Dyrroth? Lunox, you stay in the palace with the little ones," Queen Miya ordered, rushing to help their armies.

The little ones didn't want to stay there knowing the truth. They three stayed quiet as they were locked in the same room with the fake Lunox.

"What are you rats staring at?" Vexana angrily asked them, accidentally showing her real form. She couldn't help but get irritated by their stares.

"We knew it!" Nana yelled and threw her Molina at Vexana that turned to a big stuffed cat.

While being stunned, the three teleported at the queen Miya's garden. From there, they could see the battle ground.

"This was just like before," Harith gasped softly. Nana's face was gloomed as ever.

Harley on the other hand noticed someone beside the dark queen, Alice. He recognized that face, "Hey guys! Lylia's mother is the dark queen!"

"What??" Nana was shock to hear that and so she looked at it herself. "No! She must be horrified! Poor Lylia."

"She tricked us, Nana. Lylia befriended us to get information! How stupid of us!" Harith yelled.

Nana glared at Harith. "You're stupid! Lylia would never do that! I bet she's forced to be on her mother's side!"

Nana and Harith argued while Harley was locked with the thought of Lylia being at the dark side. He has to find a way to talk to her somehow. He wants to talk to her.

Lylia finds the battle tragic but she couldn't do anything to save anyone. Her sister had fought and was wounded badly. No spell could heal her but time could. She feels really useless and sad because she couldn't help her sister. Lylia knows Karina doesn't want to fight but also couldn't say no to her mother.

"Mother, this is wrong," Lylia told her mother. Her eyes begging for Alice to stop attacking.

Alice has no mercy, instead she slaps Lylia. Shock, she fell on the ground holding her burning cheek. Her tears then flow down.

"You play tricks on ghouls but can't watch this? You weakling!"

The look Alice threw at Lylia, made her cry more. How can her mother be so cruel? She stands up and run towards the forest. She wants to go home and see Karina.

Lylia stopped halfway when she saw Harley. He must be so mad at me, she thought.

"So, was this your plan all along?" Harley asked. No expression on his face at all.

Lylia wiped her tears and made a straight face. "What do you think?"

Harley, kept that straight face, taking steps towards her. Lylia's heart was pounding so loud and she's somewhat trembling in what Harley would do to her.

"Do you want to fight?" He was a step away from her when he stopped.

Lylia couldn't help but get weak. She started sniffing and her stupid tears had came flowing out again. She wiped them fast but they keep flowing.

That was an answer Harley wanted. He took the last step and hugged her. "It's alright, we're not mad at you. But there's something I want you to do."

Lylia snuggles into his chest. "Anything"

"Your sister is not your sister"

Lylia immediately pushed Harley away. She frowned, "What do you mean? Karina is my sister!"

"You know she's not! You don't have any sister! You said it yourself!"

Lylia then bit her lower lip as she tries to stop sobbing.

"She's the Queen of the Light. The missing piece of the second prince. If you really love her, then tell her what you know. We know her, she will always love you! Set her free, Lylia!" Harley yelled. He knows they can't go inside their castle so it should be Lylia.

Lylia hugged Harley again. She's afraid that she might lose her sister, but she knows this is the best thing to do for her.

Harith and Nana finally found not just Harley but Lylia too. They were spying on the two lovebirds.

"See? Told ya she wasn't bad as her mother!"

"Tch," Harith scoffed and rolled his eyes at Nana.

Karina was resting when Lylia entered her room. She immediately sensed her sister's presence and opened her eyes.

"Are you feeling better?" Lylia asked, sitting down on Karina's bed.

"No, I'm not fine."

Lylia then started crying and snuggled up with her sister. "Please don't hate me."

Karina looked down on her sister and hugged Lylia. "Why would I ever hate you?"

"I–I lied to you"

"What about?"

Lylia was really scared, for sure she will lose her sister. "I didn't know you before. You just came out of nowhere but I didn't want you to go so I agreed with mother and go with the flow. I'm sorry..."

Karina raised her sister's chin up so they'll see each other eye to eye. She took her sister's hand and smiles, "I don't hate you. You're still my sister, no matter what".

Karina tucked Lylia's hair against her ear, "I've been thinking since last night, I've made the wrong choice and I should do everything to bring order back. So, Lylia, I want you to go with your friends. You all should be safe, promise me that."

Lylia frowned, "Why can't I be with you? Are you leaving to go somewhere far?"

Karina chuckled. "I don't want you to ever return here. I want you to be happy. Don't worry about me, I will return as my own name and memory. Do it for me."

Lylia was confused but before she could do anything, her sister had touched her forehead and whispered, "Dream".

Lylia then fell unconscious. She rose up and carried her sister out of the palace. She knows that Lylia's new friends were out there, waiting.

The three gasped seeing her carry the unconscious Lylia. She put her sister down and look at the other three.

"I have a big favor to ask the three of you."

No one dared talk. They were always dumb founded seeing the real Lunox in black hair and dark type of clothes.

"I want you to take care of Lylia for me. She will be awake soon and I need you all to be safe. So please, look after her for me and no matter what she say, do not let her come to the battlefield."

The three nodded and she stands up. She was about to go when Nana spoke, "Do you remember us now?"
