Walking down the concrete sidewalks with the tint of a creamy complexion, I grasped one of my hands around the small sling-bag that was supplied to me, having a firm grip on it. Eyeing down on the beautiful scenery that scattered around me, it helped calmed down the minimal amount of uneasiness that washed over me.

The plodding movement of the soft sakura blossoms that fell and whirled gently around with the aid and addition of the pleasant spring breeze was a breath-taking sight to see, even if it was just for a couple of seconds. It wasn't anything like the appearance of my old school.

The scent surrounding the school was sweet like honey, almost with the hint of rose-water lingering around in the aftermath. Beats any essential oil by a landslide. It was truly ethereal, almost too beautiful to be true.

Kuso! You're being overdramatic again.
Shaking my head, the same gush of dubiety swept over me in a blink of an eye as soon as my mind was shifted off the topic of mother nature.

I was a bundle of tangled nerves that was filled with nothing but a timorous feeling. My stomach was intertwined with knots, and my hands were sweating bullets, but I occasionally wiped my cold hands against the hem of my shirt and the sides of my ribbed skirt, trying to muster up as much confidence and courage as I could. All I had to do was introduce myself, right? Just a few simple words, and sit down next to someone,

right?

I knew I was getting closer to the wide gates of the school when my eyes spotted other girls that wore the same uniform I had on as well, along with the same bags they carried around wrapped around their torso. Cream-colored shirts with short-sleeves, grey-pleated skirts, deep-tinted socks that just rimmed towards the knees, and the same pairs of dark-brown loafers.
