i want you. first thing in the morning, last thing at night. i want to dance around the kitchen to our favourite love songs. i want to make you breakfast and go out for fancy dinners. i want to sit on the beach at sunset and talk about anything and everything. i want grocery shopping and doctors appointments and all the little mundane things that somehow become beautiful with you. i want to adopt a dog and take it for walks in the park. i want to fill our house with plants, memories and so much love.
i want us. bodies intertwined. i want to make love all night long and then in the shower first thing the next morning. i want to go to foreign cities and stay in cheap hotel rooms, getting hardly any sleep because we're too busy loving each other. i want you to touch my body in ways i never thought were possible, and in turn I'll explore yours, memorising every curve and blemish, and yet never tiring of its divine beauty.
