Werecats in Aqualonia?

Turns out that Elizabeth had a house a few doors down from my house. I did not see her for a few weeks after. I did not even see her at church. Anyway...

The next time I saw her was when I was coming home from church. She was leaning on the wall of the tavern and was talking to a big, buff and rough looking man.

There was no one else outside there. I had my young daughter, Rose with me. As we walked past Elizabeth and the man stopped talking and stared at us.

Elizabeth's aqua eyes made her stare all the more creepy, like an icy finger running down the soft skin of my back. The man was staring too but his eyes were like mud so they were not nearly as creepy as Elizabeth's.

There was just something about her eyes. I didn't get to have a good look because Rose got scared and clung to my leg.

I walked hurriedly away from Elizabeth and the man.

I was really starting to wonder if Elizabeth was someone I wanted in Aqualonia.
