    —— ONE FACT:
    daphne definitely approached their relationship with a more happily-ever-after ideal than felix did. all the stars aligned with parallels to her parents' love story: they met at the same ages, started dating at the same age... as naïve as it might sound, daphne was subconsciously thinking she had found her soulmate for life. so it came as such a huge shock to her when felix decided they should break up. she couldn't understand where she had went wrong — and worse, why he seemingly moved on so quickly. returning from that intensity to a 'normal' friendship again proved very difficult, especially after the events of 1983...
