ten

*Alex's POV*
I haven't heard from y/n since I sent her that text. It's been a week. Do I text her again and say something? I was staring down at my phone hovering over her name. Should I call her? Will she want to hear from me? The next thing I know Servando came up behind me and wrapped his arms around my neck and kissed me on the cheek.

"Who's y/n?" He asked. I never told him about y/n. I feel the need to tell him. Why? I couldn't tell you.

"Oh, um she's a friend from high school. I saw her last week at the soccer game. I got her number again and thought we should keep in touch." I said smiling weakly at him. It wasn't technically a lie.

"That's nice of you babe." He smiles at me and gives me a kiss on the lips. It was a quick peck but it was nothing compared to the kisses y/n and I shared back in high school. I wish it was her kissing me and here right now with me. I'm so stupid but did I cheat on her. I wish it was her that was here.

"Hey Servando, I'm not feeling too well. I'm going to head to bed now." I said faking yawning and putting my phone down and going to bed. We had a game tomorrow anyways and I needed my sleep. I need to go and visit y/n again.

*Y/n's POV*
I woke up the next morning cuddled up into someone. They were holding me tightly against them. I remember that Ally came home with me last night. I sprung up from my spot in the couch. Ally woke up to the sudden movement.

"Y/n? Are you okay?" She asks with her raspy voice. Damn, that's sexy.

"Um yeah. I'm sorry. I forgot you were here to be honest. I wasn't expecting to wake up in someone's arms. It was nice tho don't get me wrong. I could get used to it." After I realized what I said, my face turned a deep shade of red. I could feel my face physically heat up but I saw her face heat up as well so I wasn't the only one.

"Well, would you like to accompany me and go get breakfast? I told Danny I would meet him for breakfast but I want to introduce him to you." She said but started to get quieter as she continued talking. She was looking at her fingers and picking at them. I guess a nervous habit she had.

"I'd love too. Let's go!" I said grabbing her hand and headed off to my car to go meet Danny.
