They board the flight and reach Mumbai in about 14 hrs. As she comes outside she feels something, something familiar. On the other hand Karan was feeling the same way.
They go to a hotel and get their room keys, all 3 rooms near each other. Coincidentally, Karan lands in the same hotel.
Preeta freshens up and all 3 plan to go have a walk after the exhausting journey. As they were walking Preeta's heartbeat suddenly raised, Karan who was walking from the opposite direction, felt Preeta's presence.
They bump into each other and Karan catches her through her waist. They share an eye lock while 'Sajda' plays in the background. Preeta breaks the EyeLock. He makes her stand
Karan: Preeta........
Preeta/Anu: excuse me, mein Preeta nahi hoon, Anushka hoon... aur waise bhi,tum kon ho?
Karan gets shocked: Preeta yeh tum kya khe rahi ho? Mein Karan..... tumhara Karan
Preeta/Anu: Again my name is Anushka, not Preeta....oh haan tum toh Karan Luthra ho na, woh cricketer? Aur waise tum 'mere' kaise hue?
Karan: Preeta mazak karna band karo. Tum abhi bhi mujhse naraz ho na, tum Chacho toh mujhper chila sakti ho, mujhe maar sakti ho, lekin aisa mazak maat karo, please.......
Preeta/Anu: oh hello kis baat ki maafi mang rahe ho? Mein tumse pehli baar mil rahi hu, aur kaisa mazak?
Before Karan could say anything else Siddharth comes and puts his arm protectively around Preeta. Karan gets jealous seeing this.
Karan: Preeta yeh kon hai? *in mind* aur isse tumhe choone ka haq kisne diya
Preeta/Anu: o hello tum jo bhi ho, pehli baat Mera naam ANUSHKA hai, Preeta nahi, aur doosri tum meri personal life mein interfere karna band karo
Karan: o bajjarbatti, tumhari koi personal life nahi, mein tumhare bare mein sab kuch janta hoon tumhare barre mein toh isme personal life kaha se aa gi?
Preeta/Anu: bajjarbatti.......? *she gets flashes again and holds her head with one hand and Sid's arm with the other* Sid......
She faints in Sid's arms. Karan and Sid are evenly shocked, they rush her to hospital. Aliya arrives at the hospital. Preeta is taken in by the doctor for a check up.
Sid: excuse me, aap Anu i mean Anushka ko kaise jante hai? Aur aap usse Preeta kyu bula rahe the?
Karan: yeh Anushka Anushka kya laga rakha hai? Mana ki woh mujhse naraaz hai, lekin Iska matlab yeh toh nahi ki woh apna naam change karle.
Siddharth: yeh tum kya keh rahe ho? Stop with the Preeta nonsense, tum Anu ko kaise jante ho?
Karan: yeh kaisa sawaal hai, woh meri wife hai....
Siddharth: jhoot Bolna band karo, uski shadi nahi hui....
Karan: waise woh tumhari kya lagti hai, aur tumhe usse choone kya haq kisne diya?
Sid was about to answer but a call from Yash stops him, he goes to attend it. Just then the doctor comes out.
Doc: aap inke husband hai na? *Karan:yes* inki medical history kya hai, I mean inhe koi injury hai, specially head injury ya kuch?
Karan: mujhe nahi pata, mein isse kein saalon baad mil raha hoon.
Doc: oh koi baat nahi, hum inke tests karlenge. Results ajj shaam tak aayenge toh aap inhe Le ja sakte hai.
Karan: thank you so much doctor.
Karan does the formalities and takes an unconscious Preeta home.
