Disha Sharma (Mouni Roy) Akash's best friend Sweet and happy girl Likes to live her dreams Doctor by profession
Before we start, I want to clear something, Neither Akash nor Aliya know about Anushka/Preeta's accident and her amnesia.
Back to the story, Voice: waah Anushka Chopra, yaha bhi sab se maafiya mangwa rahi ho
Preeta/Anu: Akash......
She sees Akash standing at the door, folded arms and leaning against the wall. Next to him stood Disha. Preeta/Anushka gets excited seeing him while the others are confused, she goes in for a hug and embraces him tightly and he hugs her back and twirls her. Everyone is confused while Karan burns in jealousy. She then sees Disha and hugs her.
Preeta/Anu: tum dono yaha kaise?
Disha's about to give a sensible answer but Akash interrupts
Akash: woh kya hai na, tum toh mujhe yaad karne nahi wali, toh maine socha ki mein hi tumhare paas aa jata hoon, phir yaha aane par pata chala ki tum kidnap hogayi ho. Waise toh mujhe badhi khushi hui, lekin socha ki un becharo ko azadi de du joh tumhe jhel rahe hai..........
Karan, who had had enough of this went up to Akash,
Karan: *angry/jealous* tum kon ho, aur meri Preeta ko kaise jante ho?
Akash: Preeta..... kon Preeta?
Preeta/Anu: arre isse ignore karo, kitni der se mujhe Preeta bula raha hai, *to Karan* look, mujhe nahi pata ki yeh Preeta kon hai lekin mein ek baat clear kardoon, mein Anushka hoon. Okay, samjhe?
Karan just ignores her and goes back to being jealous,
Karan: *to Akash even angrily* tum ho kon aur meri wife ko kaise jaante ho?!
Akash: Anu, tunne shadi kab ki, aur mujhe invite bhi nahi kiya, very bad (khnh scene😂)
Disha: wife! Anu tunne shadi karli!
Preeta/Anu: what?! Meri koi shadi vadi nahi hui, *to Karan* tumhe therapist ki zarurat hai. Mein tumhari wife nahi hoon, tumhe koi misunderstanding hui hai.........
Karan: *chuckles* misunderstanding............nafrat hai mujhe uss shabd se, ussi ki wajah se tum, yani ki Preeta, meri Preeta mujh se alag hui.......aur tum kya keh rahi ho, tum Preeta nahi ho aur tum mujhe nahi jaanti, huh, mere saath aao kuch dekhata hoon,
He holds her hand gently and takes her to a room, with Disha and Akash following them. (Luthras felt it would be best to leave the four alone) He then opens the door to reveal a room full of Preeta's pictures, her memories, their beautiful moments. Something like this, but more pictures 👇

Preeta gets shocked seeing these pictures, the memories Karan kept locked in his heart,

Karan starts crying and Preeta couldn't control her tears, she couldn't help herself but go up to him.
Preeta/Anu: look, tumhari yeh Preeta meri jaisi dikhti hai, lekin yeh mein nahi hu.
Karan: tum hi meri Preeta ho, agar nahi hoti toh tumhara mujhe dekhne se itni zor se dil kyu dhadakda, huh, kyu kho jaati ho meri ankho (eyes) mein, bolo,
It was true, Preeta didn't realise but every time she looked at him her heart started beating. They shared a painful eyelock before Akash disturbed them.
Akash: bohot ho gaya mazak, kon hai yeh, Anu?
Preeta/Anu: *lostly* bajarbattu
Karan smiled, while Akash was shocked. Akash
Akash: Kya?! Ba..bajarbattu, woh kya hota hai?
Preeta breaks the eyelock and gets confused regarding what she said.
Preeta/Anu: mujhe nahi pata, mere dil ne kaha ki iske saath koi connection hai, *she starts feeling dizzy as some flashes come to her mind* mera sar chakra raha hai,
Karan, Akash and Disha get shocked. She faints in Akash's arms, Karan tries to go closer to her but Akash stops him and glares at him angrily. Karan feels bad. They take her to a room and place her gently on the bed. Disha being a doctor, checks her. At that time Siddharth and Aliya come and get shocked seeing Preeta unconscious,
Aliya *to Akash* Akash Bhai, Anu Bhabhi ko kya hu......
Karan gets shocked hearing *Bhabhi*
Karan: tum....tumne isse sh...shadi ki hai?!
Akash: abhi nahi ki lekin shadi hone wali hai, woh bhi 2 months mein, Anushka, jisse tum Preeta keh rahe ho woh meri fiancé hai.
Karan is heartbroken, a tear rolls down his cheek, Siddharth notices this.
Siddharth: *slowly* kya aap Anushka ko jaante hain, pehle se? Like 4 saal pehle?
Karan: 4 saal nahi, 4 saal, 6 mahine, aur 21 din pehle se,
Akash who's confused decides to speak up,
Akash: 4 saal pehle kya hua tha?
