There was a silence that filled the room, except for the scraping of your shoes. It's been six months since you've seen Chisaki, six months since the incident. six. It still felt numb to you. You went over it hundreds of hundreds of times in your head until it became too overwhelming. He lied to you, the whole time; he played you like a fool. He lead you to believe that he was a simple cosplayer, working an online job due to his disease, if there even was one. You didn't know what to believe anymore. Maybe it wasn't fully his fault, you were so naive at the time that someone could have convinced you the sky was green and the grass was in fact blue.

But not anymore, thanks to Chisaki.

You sat down on the chair, the cold metal chair that sent shivers up your spine. But your hands began to get clammy, the confidence you once had now drained out of you. Half of the speech you planned on giving Chisaki completely flew out of the window, the thought of facing this criminal sunk into your bones, making you feel as if you were the size of a grain of sand. He was a monster, taking away quirks as well as abusing a child, and to top it off he was the leader of a gang that was one of the number one targets of the police/heros.

He wasn't truly the person he portrayed himself as.

The sound of the metal door squeaking echoed in the empty room as the sound of shoes scraping on the tile floor took over. Your thumbs started to twirl around each other, your eyes looking down at them as your eyes starts to water. No, don't get emotional. You told yourself, You told yourself to stay strong. The chair on the other side of the glass screeched as it was pushed back, your face scrunched up as it did so.

The silence was screaming in your ears, you could feel his golden orbs on you, you shifted a bit uncomfortably.

"Y/N," he spoke softly, "I'm glad you came."

"I didn't come for you, I came for myself." You spoke up, your eyes connecting to his golden ones. You let out a gasp once you seen the condition he was in. He looks awful. He had hives all over his body, his eye was blackened, lip split from what seemed to be a fight. You looked over him, soaking up what he has become since he's been in prison. "I.. I, H-How much did you lie about, Chisaki? Why did you lie to me?"

"Angel, I did it-"

"Don't call me Angel." you snapped, your eyes glaring at him.  "You should have known that once I found out everything was a lie, that I am nothing to you. You took away people's quirks, you ran an underground market of drugs and and other illegal stuff. And you told me you were a cosplayer? Do you know the looks the cops gave me when I told them you were a cosplayer? I was the laughing stock of the whole police station!"

"Y/N, I'm sorry. You have to understand why--"

"Why what? Why you lied to me? Chisaki do you even realize how big of a lie this was? You could have put my life, or my family's life in danger. And.. and why did you do that to that little girl?! An Innocent fucking child, do you know how traumatized she is because of you?" you slammed your hands on the counter.

Chisaki gave you a pained look, leaning forward, he pressed his forehead to the glass. "Y/N, please let me explain, myself and how truly sorry I am."

"How do I know you won't lie again? You've lied to me so easily before."

"I didn't want to scare you, Y/N."

you scoffed, standing up, "You are the only person I've truly feared in my life."

But Chisaki didn't utter a single word, his eyes widened, jaw agape as he seen your figure. You felt your cheeks turn a bit pink but you stood your ground. "Chisaki, I'm never coming back here again, and neither will Taichi, unless he chooses too once he's old enough." You stated, your arms wrapping around your bump. This was the one thing that brought you to see Chisaki once again, at least allowing him to know that he indeed had a son, that his bloodline will not come to an end, but will in fact be changed from the rough path Chisaki chose for himself.

"Y/N wait! But we used protection?!"

"Well it obviously didn't work, now did it?" you sassed him, "Also, I'm glad you're in here. Eri deserves so much more than the life you gave her, she's such a bright, beautiful and loving little girl." you stated, leaning forward and pressing your lips to the glass, leaving a kiss mark with the dark rosey lipstick you wore. "Goodbye Chisaki."

"Wait, Y/N, at least send me pictures-- letters?! Y/N please, I've never felt this way about anyone before and and you have my kid!"

But you didn't reply, the tears were streaming down your face and you knew if you spoke it would give your emotional state away. In a way it felt like he would win if you let him know how you truly felt, how this whole situation tore you apart and how stupid you felt when you found out you were being played. But that was just one step to coping, so you can finally accept your past and focus on your future with you son, Taichi; the only man that you needed in your life.
