My first week at Newcastle went in a blur. James basically forced me to hang out with his friends, and within a day I was surrounded by people wanting to know me. A fucking turn around, I'd say.
"So.. I noticed that you wear a binder.." James said as we walked into our room together.
I tried to not be phased by it, my poker face coming out. "No, that was- that was just a tight shirt underneath my sweater." I lied.
James laughed loudly, closing the door. "From one trans to another, don't lie!"
Wait trans?! "Do the others know?"
James laughed yet again. "Of course not. I'm terrified of coming out to them! Except my boyfriend."
I nodded my head and looked at the floor."I'm here to talk about it, if you ever need to! When we go down to Sydney next week, we can have lunch together and talk about all of our trans problems!"
I nodded eagerly. "Yes please! Wait. SYDNEY?!"
"Yep! Sydney!"I ranted about how I have no money, or even a train card. James just assured me that it would be fine before the pale door opened.
"James, Corey. What are you two doing tonight?" Felix asked, walking into the room.
"Nothing." James responded for both of us.
I pursed my lips and lay down on my bed."Good."
"No, I mean as in we will be doing nothing, and not joining you guys."Felix rolled his eyes and sat on the floor.
"And now you get out." James added.
Felix chuckled. "Corey. Join us tonight."
I reluctantly agreed and stood up. "What's happening anyway?"
"Bonfire.""NO!" James yelled.
"Hey, every newbie has to do it! You still haven't!"
"What's 'it?'" I asked quietly.
"Whilst you're all at this bonfire, a game of Truth or Dare will start. They don't even give a shit about minors, they just make you get naked and jump into the fucking freezing lake."
My eyes widened and I shook my head. "Nope, not doing it!""What, is your cock too small?" Felix laughed, a shaking his head.
"I have the right to say no to this!" I whimpered.
"True, but it's easier to just do it tonight, than put it off like James. And no one sees, anyway!"
"Fine, fuck. I'll do it."
James growled at Felix, who just shrugged.
"I'll be here at nine. Be ready."A/N:
